The gentleman running the drive thru tonight 12/4/21 was very rude. Did not ask if condiments where wanted. Honked horn with no response, knocked on window and had rudely said don’t bang on the window. Slow service as well. Unimpressed. Added tonight 4/2/2022. Review is still a one star. Just
Excellent customer service today. It definitely seemed that they were understaffed. Both employees that we saw were still friendly, kind, and helpful.
What can I say it's Burger King, if you're looking for a fast burger and you're running out of time on your lunch break don't go here. The average wait time for Burger King at lunch time or any High rate food times. And leave you sitting in the Drive-Thru for anything from 3 to 20 minutes.
I was Burger King in Fremont this morning and the manager coughed into her hand then wiped them on her pants and said " I hate allergies". She then goes to the frier to handle food WITHOUT washing her hands.
