One of my favorite fast food chains. Service was fast, food good and convenient location. They do need a better value menu tho, dollar items and such.

They always forget to put your food in the bag ... If I could give no stars I would... Update tried to give the establishment another shot. Fail!!!! Do not eat here, they don't value their customers go to mission. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was old, brown and soggy. If you wouldn't give it to your mother like this. Don't give it to me. Please check your food before leaving if you come to this terrible place...

Jake n the box is the leader in fast food in my opinion always adding new selections to there menu and keeping it with new choices while holding on to classics that we are use to my only suggestion is revamp drive threw to handle all the late night customers

I hate the people that are running this location they lie and say their system is updating and it takes a couple hours they say so they can't take any orders. I went to a different location and I asked how long it took for their system to up date and they said maybe 5 minutes at the most. So don't go to this one they want to get paid to not do their job.

Not sure if the sauces like ketchup or taco packets are breaking the bank but I had to aggressively ask for these every order items...
If your giving fries ketchup should be an obvious addition....
When a person orders TACOS exercised common sense would connect the TACO sauce to TACOS being sold.. NOT HERE!

jacks spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and priced. staff was friendly and welcoming. look forward to next time

Jack in the bow is and always will be the best fast food spot anywhere. It's 24 hrs a day drive through the food is perfect drinks ect.

Hey jack in the box, did you forget to heat the oil to cook the food in? Cold oil covered taco with cheese that isn't even melted.
