Visited with wife and some friends and ordered veg Biryani, Idli Vada sambar and Dosa. Taste was so good and spice level was perfect 😍. Highly recommend for south Indian food lovers. South Indian dishes they serve with Sambar, green chutney, coconut chutney and spicy red chutney which was again 10/10. 😘😘😘

The place is clean, spacious, and quite organized now despite what an earlier reviewer said. Their chutney is very fresh and the server paying good attention to customers. They don’t require you to pay tips either! Good experience!

Update 2022 Ordered Mysor masala dosa with filter cofee Mysor masala dosa was served with sambhar, coconut chutney, mint cilantro chutney and tomato chutney. All chutney were delicious and fresh. Potato filling was delicious and had peas and other veggies. Very flavorful. Potato masala portion could be better. Dosa crepe was bit dry to my liking but was crispy and Mysor chutney inside was good. If it would have been made with butter of ghee, it could have been better. Chutnies were the star of the show. Filter coffee was good but bit stronger to my taste Overall good eating experience. Place was clean. Water served was not cold and container was not very clean. One the worst eatry experienced in my life. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for simple aloo prantha and when it arrived, found no stuffing but thin layer of onion masala paste in thick half cooked dough. It was embarrassing , i asked the server if i can talk to the cook but she insisted i should not because cook is short tampered.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant while out in Fremont for a procedure. Reviewing their menu, there were more than the usual selection of Indian fare for vegan options. That was really nice to see. The flavors on the items I ordered was nice and the portions were generous. Two issues I had were the curry paste clumps in the biryani as it was not incorporated well and it was really salty. I think using a little less would’ve been fine. The only improvement I have for this to be perfect is the sodium level. The biryani and the Chana I ordered were both very salty. The Baingan Bartha was really nice. Aside from that, overall, it was a good tasting experience and I would order from here again if I’m in the area.
