I love their ice-cream T_T food is ok...wanna give them 3.5 stars but the rating system doesn't let me do it so I just round it up to 4 stars

Three stars is a nice gesture. not sure what's going on with the staff there but the only thing that was good was the efficiency of the order as in how quick we got it but the food was warm, temperature warm was not hot. barbecue sauce was hot but it was watery and ice cream machine was a mess. The entire condiment area was a mess the bathroom was smelling in the mess too just not sure what's going on staff but they were not on there a game that day. but that's not the only reason I'm giving it three stars I used to like this place and I don't know what's going on with very little food but things are starting to go downhill I think they're expanding too far in their restaurants are going out of whack because they're too large and can't be handled.

Good bbq sandwiches but not cheap. Nice quantities of meat. Putting onions that are overly strong is a travesty to the good. Nice soft bread buns. But putting a salad on a metal tray mixed with hot fried food is also a wrong. Paper sticking to said fried foods is just not appetizing

I had to put together lunch for my business. I ordered about $500 dollars worth of food. When I had someone go pick it up the store told them the order was complete in this one big bag, but there was so much food missing! I had to feed 50 and they messed up my order and gave me food for less than 10 people. Get it together Dickies. Never going back to this one.

Not a bad experience, but like the food at the other BBQ place in Fremont (Smoking Pig) a little bit better. Had take-out from here and cost about $45. Ribs were very tasty but was disappointed with the brisket and the sandwich was just okay.

Good BBQ, though I miss the hot links. Three different variants of basically the same BBQ sauce, and free ice cream. I find the meat is more juicy than Kinder's next door which I prefer.

I visited this location at 7:50pm, they don't close until 9pm but try were completely out of chicken bbq. How can a bbq place be completely out of one of the MAIN meats, on a Thursday, 2 hours before closing. Mismanagement at best, really poor planning solely focused on food cost. I will not be back.

I would usually give Dickey's a 5 star but it was barely room temperature this time. But I do love Dickey's BBQ for some Ribs, mac&cheese and green beans. And I like the fact they give ya a senior discount. Hate the part about being a senior though. God Bless You. Now go get you some bbq ribs.
