Stopped for dinner for the first time. Love their breakfast and lunch menu, dinner menu is a little less extensive, but still good. Our boys loved the burgers. Husband didnt care for the sauteed peppers on the steak salad. Turkey dinner was good.
Lucy's Riverside Cafe in Freeport serves delicious, homemade meals for a great price and you leave full and very satisfied! I've had many of both breakfast and lunch meals ♡ Top favorites are Lobster Quiche🦞and Vegetable Quiche🍄 (both in the photos), homemade pancakes and her fabulous berry pie 🥧♡ T
One of the best breakfast/lunch place I’ve ever been. Food was 10/10. The special Lucy’s boat was absolutely amazing. Crispy and cheesy taters. The toast and pancake were also some the best we’ve had. Well worth the wait. Owner is also the only cook who consistently put out fantastic dishes. I liv
Everything is home-made, quality "real food". Nice variety, and friendly owner and staff. Worth the trip if you're anywhere in the region. Four of us went for the first time and all enjoyed our choices of Thai chicken salad, breakfasts, quiche and carrot cake and bread pudding.
Freedom Square too busy? Looking for a decent breakfast in a charming cafe? Brickyard is right down the road! Prices are fair; support your local business! Breakfast, sammiches, burgers and ice cream!

2nd review update: This is my favorite restaurant for breakfast & lunch. I’m always surprised to not find more people in the dining room. Only a matter of time before a LOT of people start making their way to Freeport to come to Brickyard. Fresh, homemade food that is consistently good. My 3 year o

The food at the Brickyard is fresh and delicious! From the Turkey club to the breakfast bowl, pancakes everything was fantastic! The best breakfast potatoes, possibly in all of Pittsburgh. They have some serious breakfast taters. I’d highly recommend for a quick and delicious meal.
Stopped in for dinner this evening, had the Shrimp Alfredo and Bruschetta Chicken. It was delicious! 10 out of 10!
This is a gem of a restaurant! The owners are terrific people and take great care that everyone is satisfied with their meal and experience. The owner/chef has had culinary school training and it's apparent. The portions are very satisfying and everything has that made from scratch deliciousness. Le
Best bread pudding that I've ever had! We stopped in for a late lunch since the farm festival was too crowded, and we ate so glad that we did. The food was fantastic. My step-daughter is already asking when we can go back, and it's a good 30 minute drive. I won't mind.
First time eating at Lucy's after randomly finding it online. Food was delicious and the girls were very friendly. You could tell from the first bite that everything was homemade. Even though it is a bit of a drive for us, we will definitely be coming back soon!
Giving 5 Stars due to quality of food and price! Great assortment of menu options with very fair pricing. Good quality as well. Family of 4 left with full bellies for $40 (including tip). We enjoyed blueberry pancakes, poached eggs deluxe breakfast, Lucy's Boat and they accommodated my son's love of
This place some of the best pancakes I've had, probably ever!!! Prices are great especially when you factor in the nice portion size.. oh yes, and let's not forget it's made fresh for you!! Served hot and worth the wait (which isn't bad). If you haven't been here, it wouldn't hurt to try it out.. yo
Best pancakes I've had in a very long time! Great price for the awesome quality. My husband had the "Lucy boat" and was said it was delicious as well! We will be returning hopefully sooner than later!
Hidden gem in Freeport! My mother and I stopped here for breakfast and were continuously impressed with our experience. We split the eggs over beef hash and a Belgium waffle. The owner brought out individual portions (from the whole) instead of serving the original and cutting it in half. It was a
