I ordered a plain black coffee and had to wait 20 minutes for it!
This is unacceptable! I am a regular at Starbucks but I have never had such an experience at any of their locations. They do not live up to the name.

We went on Black Friday and the mall was packed. The drinks were good. The only problem we had was no one could here the name of each order. The Barista's just need to speak up louder when it's so busy there.

i would rate this 0 if i could. it took an hour for my drink to arrive and it literally was just a strawberry lemonade. also the drink had a hand sanitizer taste. there was 3 workers and none of them had gloves or a mask.

The baristas work too slow for a mall. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes at a drive through let alone a mall.

Clean Starbucks that is attached to a Barnes and Noble. Please note, this is not a B&N Starbucks, it's merely attached to it with a doorway so your B&N membership doesn't apply here. Friendly staff, quick service and reliable wifi.

Poor mobile experience. They forgot the espresso shots in my caramel macchiato! Took ages to get us 2 cake pops as well which should have been the simplest part of the order. Very disappointed.

Always good when they have blonde roast available. I had to stop drinking regular coffee so Dunkin Decafe is the superior for me.

I would rate this 0 but I cant. This was horrible. Took about 1 hour to make one drink. 0/10 would not recommend.
