Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location can never seem to get an order right. It isn’t even about missing ingredients, it’s just not even remotely close to what we ordered and always comes out a mess. We often wait over an hour for our order to arrive cold, incorrect, missing items and/or looking terrible. Every time I’ve been to this location there is always plenty of workers + a manager on duty, so I don’t know how they can continuously mess up this bad with so many people working. Other locations I have been to have 1 person on register and 1 working the food line and haven’t had any of these issues. Not sure if this is a training issue or just lack of awareness but it certainly needs to be addressed by management.

June 2022 - Doing Better Freehold! I have to say the last three times I picked up Take-Out from the Freehold - Chipotle (typically between 7-8pm during the weeknight, the order was ready as promised, food was fresh and nothing was left out - they even remembered to include the chips each time! :) :) Also, the garbage inside the restaurant was not overflowing and you can tell people inside the restaurant were just happy be there! Great job!

Friend and I decided to order food tonight, and were severely dissatisfied with our experience. After waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time in a near empty restaurant they gave us our food and told us they were out of chips, but didn’t refund us. When we got home to eat our food had been prepared entirely wrong. The salad was missing its chicken, steak, veggies, and beans. It was a cold bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, undercooked rice, sour cream, and cheese. My burrito had beans, when I asked for no beans, and was entirely cold by the time we completed our10 minute drive home.

I made the mistake of ordering from this location again. The perfect picture was taken from a commercial I saw on tv. Notice the portion size. The picture with lots of cheese is the little, tiny burrito bowl delivered by DoorDash. They didn’t give me any black beans(which were part of the order) and they gave me very little of everything else. The burrito didn’t even pass the lowest rim in the bowl. My original post from 2 years ago: I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken. There was almost no rice, the only cheese is the 2 tiny drops at each end of the bowl and there was one only 1 piece of diced tomato when I should have had mild salsa. My order was placed through DoorDash. I paid $30 for this dry garbage, an Izzy soda and chips & guacamole. I called the store and the “manager” was short with me and she had an attitude of indifference. This level of incompetence is infuriating. Hire people who actually know how to read.

I think it is safe to say, I will not be back. I came to this chipotle. I received my order and left. I opened the bag later and saw that the steak burrito was missing, even though we paid for it. One of my family members had less food because of this. We tried to call but we could not reach an employee. Needless to say, we are disappointed with this service. If you even want to use this service, at least check the bag to make sure that the items are not there.
