Wow-my husband and I have been to Rome and Venice, and this place had the best pasta we've ever had. I don't say that lightly! It was DELICIOUS. Everything from the creamy tomato soup to the pasta with sundried tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms was to die for. We had to wait about 45 minutes, which is expected on a Saturday night, and it was well worth it. The staff were all very kind, and now we're very sad we live 3 hours away because we wish we could eat here all the time!
I will definitely say that this restaurant is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the central Texas area!it’s located in downtown Fredericksburg and walking distance from a lot of nice shops. The food goes without saying that you can order anything and it will be delicious. I ordered the fried ravioli and my wife ordered the chicken Alfredo which did not disappoint. It was very creamy and rich in flavor. The chocolate cake was taken out of the fridge and was probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had in my life. My wife and I couldn’t resist it even though we were full. Service was quick; we were in and out within 30-45 minutes. Must go!
We really enjoyed the food at Pasta Bella. We were skeptical at first, but it was so good. I really loved the ravioli and we ordered it two ways. I thought the salads were lacking but ended up enjoying the simplicity. The only thing I can say bad is the dessert was AWFUL. The waiter saw my husband and I each only had one bite and took it off our bill without prompting. The service was phenomenal.
Oh my goodness! This place is so delicious. We were here just visiting for a few days and were really craving Italian food. I had the Tuesday special, Chicken Parmesan, my 15yo had fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp, and my husband had the meatball sandwich. All three dishes were FANTASTIC. I was honestly not prepared for how good they were going to be. The bread and salad we got before the meals were just mediocre…definitely was not ready for how flipping delicious the food was going to be. We debated coming back for dinner. Ha! If you’re in town, you have to go!!
Small and delicious restaurant! We do not usually eat Italian but we had to see what the fuss was about. Our waitress was attentive and kind. They definitely kept the packed restaurant running seamlessly and made everyone feel welcome. We will be back!
There was a line down the block waiting for them to open if that tells you anything. Food was delicious and the staff was top notch. 100% will eat here again when we are back in the area. I ordered the #3 with Alfredo and everything was amazing. Garlic bread appetizer was crisp and perfectly buttery and garlicky.
We had a great visit to Pasta Bella! The atmosphere was fun and very inviting, and we had great service. My group all enjoyed their food, and I especially enjoyed my ravioli ‘Pasta Bella Style’. This is a great option if you are looking for Italian food in the Fredericksburg area.
