I've always loved this place and remained a loyal customer, but this evening is going to be my last order. Totally understand that there can be delays that attribute to extended delivery times - in my case quoted 45min, but food arrived 2hrs after the order was placed - no biggie. Called at around the 1hr 45min mark to check on the status and was told that the food was just recently cooked, is en route, and will be nice and hot for me. To my surprise, they were lying and when the food arrived it couldn't even be classified as warm. Noodles look like they had been sitting around for a while, just overall disappointing experience. I value honesty and transparency, unfortunately both of which the business is lacking. To each their own, order at your own risk.

The employees are real nasty. I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. Called them and told Them and the girl was yelling . This place is the worst. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Will not be going back. Everyone in there was nasty. Spent all that money just to get rude customer service. They made me drive all the way just foe them to argue again when all I wanted was my refund. She just wanted to argue just to prove a point which was useless.

Typically when I order here the food is good. However, my last few orders, my meals have been lacking. For example, my most recent purchase, my chicken fried rice was very disappointing; the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, certain pieces of my chicken were still pink. Although, I was refunded back my money. The customer service aspect of it all was just as terrible. No empathy nor sympathy was given for the food nor the drive I had to make just to get my refund. Apparently, they do not do credit card refunds. The manager was more upset at me wanting to receive my money back, instead of taking the offer to just get another chicken fried rice. Will never go back again.
