They had music playing while serving their customers and felt a lottle different than regular McDonald's, which made it a little better. They served the food fast and still hot. The friendliness was there as well. I would recommend visiting this establishment.

Today was unbelievable to get my food !!! Went in the drive through.. no communication or ding and paying ‘ no price given or anything just dumped my change in my hand and shut the window as expected!! But ‘ when it came to my order ‘ I pretty much feel like I had to beg for what I paid for !! I had to ask for my sausage with my pancakes I paid for ! I had to ask for the cream for my coffee cause no one asked what or if I needed anything for it !! Then after all that I get home only to find out I had no syrup or butter for my pancakes!!! What kinda service is this and it’s not a first either!! The more you pay the less they give you these days !! Going up in price but down in service!!!

Typical McDonald's. Nothing out of the ordinary. As usual, restaurant is understaffed and orders took longer than usual.
Wish McDonald's carried more diet or liw calorie drinks. Diet Pepsi and Diet Coke are just plain lousy.
Also, can McDonald's bring back those side salads? They were a nice size and easy on the pocketbook.

Our first stop to eat today was the always popular McDonald's. Enjoyed an Egg McMuffin with sausage, a favorite, coffee and the great service! Very friendly workers!

I was on the drive-thru and when I pulled up, the lady on the window decided to give me the bag (not even reaching out) without looking at me and quickly let go of the bag. I am pregnant and I tried my hardest to reach out and bag fell right outside my door. I don’t mind at all if the bag fell or food was ruined and they just replaced it or something maybe even a tiniest bit of courtesy there but NO. The african american lady on the drive thru window said loudly “OH NO YOU DIDN’T” (2x). And I said “Excuse me?”. And she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Oh it’s probably still good, just grab it”. I proceeded to open my door and check on the floor. No food was on the floor and we just came out the hospital at that time… honestly, we are both starving and just ready to go home. I should have addressed this situation right then and there but I am very pregnant exhausted. She should be thankful because if I was not on that situation - she would have learn that moment how to respect people and their food.
I used to be a staff manager in Texas Mcds and THIS STAFF BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE. Never have a handled such a rude comment. We usually say “sorry and proceed to provide another new order”. Whether you are a fast food or not, the “QUALITY of service” should always be a priority no matter what. I am writing this review because I believe nobody deserved this kind of treatment and that staff like that should definitely be addressed by management. Me and my mother in law was speechless at how rude and nonchalant she was. I hope next time that you see yourself on such a situation - advocate for yourself IMMEDIATELY. Do not ever let anyone treat you any differently. And I hope that person gets to learn how to treat customers right.

Food is never hot, especially breakfast....which I open as soon as I leave the window. Don't know how to put the discount from the online surveys into cash register so you don't get charged for 2 sandwiches.

We had Taz at the drive thru window and he is amazing. Very nice and very helpful guy. Great customer service. I look forward to seeing him next time I come.

Told them every single table in the restaurant was dirty and they said I know we are just so busy......there are 2 customers in here!
