I called wanting to make reservations if necessary for dining in during covid, it’s my moms birthday & she wants to see the snow... I asked if there was still snow on the ground because we’re not from/in the area & the manager, Mia, literally snapped at me and said “You know what, that’s a really great question for California Highway Patrol, so you should call them and not me, don’t you think?” Super duper rude. Definitely will be finding somewhere else to take my mother for her birthday.

A really amazing spot to stop by on the way to LA! There isn't much outdoor seating but enough for 3 parties in covid! It's really a cute staff and they brought out our food in waves! The standout dish was the bread pakora and it was so unique with the sweet and sour and fried bread texture and onion rings! The ambiance was nice and at the end we also got free bananas. Would Go again!

Just stopped here on a whim while taking a weekend trip to Pine Mountain. Living in Los Angeles, a health food hub, I’m shocked to have just had one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve ever had in a town with a population below 3000! I can’t say enough how good this food is. The lentil soup was some of the best I’ve ever had. All of the ingredients tasted so fresh and on top of the food the staff was very kind. Will be stopping by again on our way out on Sunday. Cannot recommend enough!

Yes, the food is delicious. Do YOU have 2.5 hours for dinner? We do not have any choices for vegan food on the mountain, let alone good vegan good. This place has it. More than you can ever imagine. If ANY restaurant has served everyone in a party, appetizers, entree’s, desert, and the final bill comes and one person ( me) whom was there for their birthday and who ordered first was not served their dinner because they forgot, THAT makes for a very unpleasant experience. Being gracious I said YES I would still like my dinner. The seating was outside and, by this time, everyone were freezing(temp. In the 30’s) but all set outside waiting for me to finally have my dinner over an hour after everyone else had finished. BUT, I was charged for my dinner. The expectation is, of course, that you pay for the food that you eat. That would be assuming everyone is served during the same time frame as liberal as that should be. If all people in a party ( 5 in this instance) have to wait until all have finished eating ant then wait for one more person in that party to begin their dinner order, that dinner order should be complimentary. Did I eat the food, yes. Was it good, yes. Was it painful for 4 others to sit outside in 30 degree weather for an hour to wait for one person to eat, yes. In my opinion, this place owes me one free dinner. My advice to anyone going here is to request visual confirmation that their order is being cooked. If not, you too may not receive dinner for hours after you have ordered and everyone else in your party has finished like me. Cheers, Nicholas

Phenomenal food! If you’re passing by and have some time to spare, there aren’t any better restaurants within fifty miles. They hand make every order from scratch and have only one chef, so it’s definitely a bit of a wait. To make up for it they have a beautiful patio to wait at, you can call in your order, or you can even wait in your car. My wife and I elected to wait in the car, and because we said we were hungry when ordering they brought each individual dish out to us the moment it was ready, instead of waiting for everything to be done. Truly superb food, service, and attitudes. We’re definitely going back!

There was a review that said “run, don’t walk” to this place When I tasted my Curry Tofu with chickenless chicken my brain exploded and that’s all I could think. The Mango Lassi is a must! Run! Don’t walk to this place! Literally probably the most amazingly delicious food. We drove specifically to try this place and am glad I did. If you are anywhere near this place , stop by. Freshly made from scratch, so takes a little longer but worth the wait. Generous portions Super kind people and great service. I can go on and on but I won’t So much goodness in this little joint , we’ll be back soon!
