This place is anything but healthy. All the meats are frozen, premade and used the next day. Smoothies are made with smoothie mix which contains lots of sugar. Food has high salt content, cheese is frozen. They use salted butter spray on grill and corn oil. Egg whites come in a container. Nothing is fresh and not good quality. Kitchen is dirty. So if you're watching what you eat I highly suggest you stay away from this place. No different than fast food or diner food.

Tried calling for 15 minutes around 12:30-12:45 to grab some lunch during work...didn't even get put on hold, nobody even answered the phone. Confusing to say the least during the middle of the day when it says that you're open online

5 dollar minimum on drinks? Woah that's crazy. I work at a gym and we sell energy drinks and protein drinks all the time as a single unit. I have never heard of a supplement store requesting a 5 dollar minimum of drinks. If I wanted to pick a drink up from work I have to buy 2? I'm sorry but that's unaccessible. I ended up spending 8 dollars on two drinks because of the "minimum". Not going back.

Great drinks and smoothies,top shelf products and menu,food is excellent and cooked to order. Great portions,if u want breakfast lunch or dinner this is the place to stop

This is my regular lunch spot at work, I go there 1-2 times a week. Honestly, healthy food isnt my thing, but the food here is delicious, I havent found a single thing I dont like on the menu.
