Jesus Christ. Okay, so as a franklin native, and one who frequently finds themselves craving either fried chicken or texmex, as the occasion demands, their drive through is horrendous. It doesn't really matter what you order, as whomever works the drive-thru seems to not carry, and just gives you whatever. Inside, however, Vicky was always a godsend, and between her and the chicken guy, who's name I never got, unfortunately, my KFC orders were always phenomenal, WHEN I ordered inside. My Taco Bell experience has been plagued with missing ingredients, missing items, incorrect items, etc. Good luck to those who order here.

I used to work at this place and I was fired because of my attitude so yesterday I took my son to kfc the manager Stanley i think that is his name was very rude n rush me thru my order. He told me my price before I had even completed my order. I sat at the window for 4 mins. As he took other orders. He took my card but failed to give me my receipt. I had to ask him for my receipt. Jesse and Derwin are the ones tht keep hiring these incompetent ppl. I was fired for the wrong reason but yall hire a person who doesn't know how to even talk to customers n he a manager. Jesse and Derwin yall need to do better.
