Mcdonald's

I stopped here as I was in the town to do a service call. First I hate the kiosks. But I use them because the people ignore you unless you push them for help. Second. When I went to the counter to pay, the girl took my money, made change and handed me my receipt and change with out saying good morning, or help or anything, nor thank you. As she does the change in my hand and started to walk away, I said thank you and she said uhuh... Same when I got my food. Dropped the bag on the counter and called out 241 then looked at me as I picked it up. Again no thank you nothing...(different girl too) I will day that a woman whom I assume must be a manager (wearing a greenish slacks and top) said good morning when she came in from outside and walked past me Where are our manners.??? On another note. I would like to be able to large size my orange juice at the kiosk...lastly, I walked out to my car with my to go bag and found that I didn't get a straw in the bag. I had to go back inside to get it

This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever had the misfortune of stepping in to. Cashier was making sure to not give anyone their receipts so she doesn’t (and the entire staff) get absolutely destroyed on surveys. Maybe the staff should also worry about the people in the lobby, not just the drive through. Took me 45 minutes to even get our food and that is not an exaggeration. Drinks were absolutely flat as well. Cashier stared at us as we ate, and she wasn’t even trying to make not as obvious. When I finally got out of the lobby, I couldn’t even get out of the parking lot. Since theres parking spaces on both sides I couldn’t go around the cars in the drive through. So we had to wait in the line for the drive through just to even get out of the store. This is one of those McDonalds that needs a serious overhaul in their staff. To whomever owns this McDonalds, if you care about your reputation, fire the entire evening staff. They give no cares about your store. Never have I ever felt so disregarded in my life until I went into this store. This is one of those places I will never step foot into ever again.

Yesterday was my first and last time going to this McDonalds. I place my order at the drive thru, drove around to the pick up window and realized I forgot to get another drink. I asked to cashier to add one. She tells me she can't add items at the pick up window. To make it worse, I waited 5 MINUTES for a lukewarm sandwich and fries. I was very annoyed. Normally I would have gone inside and just got a refund but I was not up for it. These are the people who want to be pay $15 per hour yet they don't value their product or patrons..

Always clean always.insidw and put. Food fresh although they sometimes slow because of there business. This McDonald's need and upstairs or larger lobby once people come to sit and eat in fact they need two locations one here and one in Courtland or somewhere else close. Great friendly staff and restaurant clean.
