Little Caesars - Franklin - Photo album

I placed a order for delivery. The driver had problems locating my address so when i did recieve the pizza it was cold. However when i called ans explained what happened they had no problems with me bringing in the cold pizza and replacing it with a fresh hot one. Everybody i spoke to about the situ

My Mom loves their pizza! The cost is very reasonable and the longest I've had to wait is 5 minute's.

If I could 0 star.. I would! Messed up my order, over charged me $46, promised a refund. This happened Jan 6th. It is now Feb 3rd. And still NOTHING I’ve called many times, it’s always I understand. Let me have your number. And NOTHING!

Highly disappointed I haven't had little ceasers in a couple years it used to be so good but the order I got today was disgusting idk if they are going through a different manufacturer or what the crazy bread used to be amazing now it's just not and the pizza just no not to mention I was missing my

1/28/2022 orederd pizza ahead of time. Arrived at Little Ceasars 25 minutes later. 1 hour later received pizza. Worst pizza I ever tasted. Not fully cooked. They gave extra raw pizza for extra wait ! Should have went acrossed street to 4 Star !!!!!

Justin hopefully I spelled that right. You made my experience way better then I thought it would be. My order was messed up you fixed the mistake made by somone else. Then you apologized and gave me a Twix brownie on top of that. Great customer service will come back bcuz of that!!

The hours are crazy. Most evenings they are only open until 7. Pizza is fair. Price reasonable.

I think I have got fresh food twice in the last year an once was on Christmas Eve. Do better!
