The guy that works here (I think he’s the owner?) is amazing!! I was shocked to see there were bad reviews because we’ve always had such great customer service and delicious subs!!
Place seems extremely slow and very dirty, the place does not seem clean whatsoever. There was literally two pieces of hair in the cheese which I have a picture of. The owners of this place are awful. Needs to be ran by different people.
The veggie delight was good, I was told the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki was also good.
What a rotten attitude. This franchise has changed ownership and it is now an imposition to ask them to make a sandwich for you.

I requested a small piece of bread with my soup and was told "I can't do that as I have no way to charge for it". Poor customer service IMO...she could have either given it to me for free as a good gesture or charged it under something else. Cousins will give you bread and butter at no charge. Won't
