My pizza when I got home. Pathetic!!
Delivered my pizza wrapped in a trash bag so it didn’t get wet. Ended up with steamed soggy pizza. I would have preferred rain on the box.
This isn’t normally how things are done but this has ruined the pan pizzas for me sadly.
The employees are simply the best! So helpful and courtesy. They know people and their orders by heart. My delivery guy is the best. He always greets my son. I love my pizza hut. The only pizza place to me!
I ordered handtossed and got thin crust. I ordered curbside and had to wait another 10 mins after arriving and then still had to wait again after calling and pulling to the door to recieve my order. The pizza was so over cooked it was hard and we literally threw the entire pizza away.
The customer service was nice but our pizza was HORRIBLE it’s not even worth eating very burnt and thin
This pizza hit has been pretty hit and miss over the years. They seem to have got everything under control and their pizza is pretty good.
I appreciate a hot pizza about once a week. The Drivers that deliver the pizza have been and are always courteous, polite, and carry a smile. The pizza is always tasty and I also like the chicken wings. Two Thumbs up and Kudos to the store here where I live. Thank You.
This was a hard night for the staff as they were short employees and everyone wanted Pizza Hut. BUT, they did everything to keep things moving as smooth as possible and kept everyone in the loop as to what was going on. Communication was the key here. I appreciate the staff and all they did.
