We purchase pizza here quite frequently, and get some varied results. On average the experience is a good one and customer service is pretty solid. Once they were closed, I believe because of a staff shortage. About 20% of the time the order is slightly off. For our Friday order 10049, we didn't receive our bread pickles. Other times there was no pepperoni on our pizza. Sometimes the Mac and cheese pizza is a bit hit or miss. Seems like the flavor and quality is a little off at times. Aside from that it's a great pizza shop in a convenient location.

The workers there are friendly and they always make sure to have everything correct. Whenever the food is ready two people check to make sure all of the sauces are there or that the food is the right one. The environment seems fun and every now and then they even play music.

It's really too bad. I was a die hard customer for 2 years. Ordered regularly. But now every time I order its either messed up, or the location I order from doesn't deliver. When I call the next closest location 3 miles away, they won't deliver because it's not in their delivery zone. They have unfortunately lost my business indefinitely. Really too bad. I liked their product.

I am a truck driver and am here for a few days due to my truck having to go in the shop, so my codriver and I decided to go get some pizza since it was basically the only thing open at 01:00. If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing but issues with this location. Over the past 4 years of ordering issues have ranged from incorrect food being delivered, trying to call the store having to go to the location to be told they "don't answer the phone when they are busy", now we decide to give them a try again after 6 months and when our order was supposed to be delivered, we get a message that our "dasher" will be arriving at the store shortly. This is 30 mins after the site said our order was going to be delivered. Would be great to know that you use door dash when you cannot accommodate your customers orders. If I wanted to order door dash I would have. If you want a better customer response/feedback you should be forthcoming on this locations shortcomings and let people know you will subcontract your deliveries and It will take an additional HOUR to get your family fed. Oh, and by the way the "track your pizza" thing is just a timer.

I order from here now and then. Generally have a good experience although I’ve had a few times where my wings had very little sauce, once had the entire wrong pizza delivered to me, drinks forgotten. Twice now though I’ve ordered online for delivery and it says it’s out for delivery for over a hour. First time this happened it took almost 3hrs, I fell asleep and food was sitting outside my home when I woke up. Second time I decided to call and see what was going on and was told they had no delivery driver tonight, ok, not a problem. My problem is that they have no driver, were waiting for doordash to come and deliver my order and not in any way inform me of this issue. No call was made to inform me even though their tracking says it’s out for delivery, it really wasn’t. If I had known this was the case I would’ve gotten in my car and picked it up myself. Extremely frustrated that I’ve had two experiences like this where I should be informed on a delay and not fed false information. I enjoy the food but shouldn’t be this hard to make a call and let me know the order is delayed.

Ordered bacon topper sticks at 10pm on a Tuesday and there was like 3 crumbs of bacon on it. Like how hard is it to make topper sticks? Definitely not a care in the world there. This location needs some quality control

I ordered delivery from either this location or the Greenfield location (posting this on both just in case) a little after Midnight going into Sunday the 6th. I added 4 additional sauces to my online order and it added an additional order of topperstix for every sauce I added. I now have 4 extra orders I had to angrily shove in my freezer because I cannot eat them in time. The food is good but I am incredibly furious that their website is this predatorily designed. I would come back if they refunded me my money on the 4 topperstix I did not order or want. You can even take them from my freezer if you want too. Also showed up 30 minutes late but I understand that may be out of the delivery drivers control.
