Changing my review and star rating from 4 to 5 starts. I stopped in last night around 6:30 & went thru the drive thru. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. The young man at the window who took my order was very nice and professional. They were extremely busy so I needed to wait 6 minutes in my pizza. That was absolutely fine with me. When I went in to get it, it was the BEST pizza I’ve ever eaten. It was so hot and fresh. It was so good I ate 3 pieces on the way home lol. Some of the people who have left negative reviews don’t understand how busy this place is. I’ve been here many years and it’s always been busy. So what if you need to wait a few minutes on a HOT FRESH PIZZA?? ITS WORTH IT IN THE END. Especially for $5.90.

Just sitting here at the drive up window….one hour later…. Not exaggerating, this place has gone down hill. People here rude and clearly hate there jobs. Same old Kmart pizza we all where used too. Thanks for nothing and I won’t be back. It’s probably the most hated pizza place in Indiana. Would have gave it zero stars!

Every time we’ve come into this establishment, it has been nothing but blatant disrespect. We just ordered out deep dish pizza online for pickup, we get there and everything is locked. No drive thru either. There were people inside that refused to even speak with us. If they were close, fine. But I, at a minimum, deserve a refund.

Doors are locked. You HAVE to use the drive thru to get service, and it's awful when you finally do. Everyone shuffles around like slugs. Even if you order online, you have to wait for all the people in front of you who are expecting "hot and ready" pizza to be served. By the time I get mine, it's already been sitting for 20+ minutes. This is unacceptable and the place needs to close until it gets the help it needs.

It was a joke, going to get food from little Caesars Pizza. I called them too place an order since the web site us not working nobody answered the phone. I went there in the drive thru. There were 4 people working and I was ignored. So I called from the drive thru and they hung up the phone. This is not the first time we have been ignored at this location. Why should a customer be treated like that when all you wanted to do was place an order. How can you make money being on a cell phone looking right at us at the window and walk away. Terrible service for sure and no food to boot.

Waited at the window for 10 min saw 4 people inside running around. Nobody acknowledged me the whole time I sat there waiting. No sign says drive thru closed. Went inside and there was nothing ready people waiting in line, and the guys in the back were just tossing dough. I hope the employees don't think they deserve more money... Smh they can't even say "hey we're are extremely behind, there will a wait on pizza."

If you want to be abused by the manager that makes excuses as to why 1 person is doing all of the work and they are out back on break with the other manager it is a good place. Also while looking to the back of the store had trash and pizza pans on the floor. It was very dirty. The manager was more worried about themselves than their employee.
