10/10 would recommend to a friend. It's just delicious! Tons of different toppings you can try in your Glaciers. Shakes are great and the sundaes are perfect. Highly recommended if you're in need of a cold treat.

I love ice cream a lot. I'm visiting from Mexico and my friend Eric brought me to Ritter's. Wow! I've been in Franklin for two days and I've been here two times already. The custard ice cream is smooth, tasty, and a butts of sensation in the mouth. I had the peanut butter mountain and today I had the flavor of the day on a waffle cone. Tomorrow, who knows? I'm exhilarated with the ongoing experience and don't want to think about the end. I definitely recommend all the ice cream novelties this homemade parlor has to offer to everyone this summer. Remember to try it and own it!

It only takes one bad visit to turn a usually good place to one you dont want to come back to. We were the only customers at the time and just wanted a medium chocolate malt with extra malt. They didnt listen to what was ordered. On receipt I was charged for extra syrup which I didnt ask for. And no extra malt. I have had their malts before and usually great even when busy. This was not. So disappointed. 😕

I know you all want the real scoop, so i'll try to keep it cordial: This place is eggcellent! The custard is so good, I berry rarely want to split it. Sorry, I never mint to leave such flavorful language, this stuff really butters me up, dough!

Not ever going there again. The only one that weighs the servings. They don't give you as much as they used to but you pay the same amount. The last time we went it was barely more than half a cup. Will be going to DQ more at least you get your moneys worth.

I received a gift card for fathers day and have tried to us it at this location twice. Both times they were unable to accept due to card reader being down or broke. two weeks has gone by since the first time we tried to use it, the first time we drove to the Greenwood location and even had problems there. I will say the Young Man there was quick to come up with a solution. Maybe the Franklin location needs to update there equipment, they always look to be busy maybe its time to spend some of that profit.
