Ordered a big bacon classic and a bourbon bacon combo both burgers had cheese and bacon only nothing else. Was missing a fry and my daughter's jr cheeseburger was cold.
Our order was correct, the fries 🍟 hot and delicious, but the burgers and other sandwiches were cold. Also, they don't carry buffalo sauce, which is just wrong on so many levels. The ladies' room has only one stall, and this is a VERY busy location, so expect to wait in line.

This is a pretty standard run-of-the-mill Wendy’s. Staff was OK. I did enjoy the jalapeño bacon burger. The spiciness was spot on. They did have trouble understanding what a hamburger with bacon already was but we work through it. Bathroom is OK

Placed a mobile app order. It took me 6 minutes to get to the location. Upon arriving nothing had been prepared. After waiting 5 minutes for drinks I was asked to pull around to wait for my food. I waited over 15 minutes to get my food. I even walked inside to see what was taking so long. I slip
Restaurant was fine. But the app would not put up the barcode for me to use to get the special offer and discount. The person at the counter could not explain how to do it. That was disappointing.
