Ordered pizza for my co worker and I at 5:21 pm and had it delivered. We are right a cross the street from this pizza hut but because non of us can leave the store for carry out, I had it delivered. I did not get our pizza until 6:47 pm. It says 25 to 35 minutes and I selected as soon as possible due to my co worker being diabetic. 60 minutes after I placed the order, I checked my order status and It said that it was just put in the oven, but when I called the guy, he said the delivery man can not find us??? I should have looked at their 3 star review before I ordered from there.

Had not had Pizza Hut in years. On a whim we decided to give it a go for old times sake. Pleasant surprise! It was very good. So good we ate it two nights in a row. The first night we had the garlic crust with red sauce and meatballs and mushrooms. We had never had the meatballs from Pizza Hut. They were great. The crust was perfect. Best chain store pizza I can remember. The next night we had traditional crust with pepperoni and onions. It was still very good but the our first nights choice was the clear winner. If you haven't had The Hut in a while and your in the mood for inexpensive pizza. I strongly recommend you revisit this old standby.

No point adding detail to everyone else's experiences. The Cool Springs location sucks. Placed an order over 2 1/2 hours ago and still no pizza. Called but no answer despite multiple calls, I'm sure because they had caller ID. Called from my son's cell and, lo and behold, they answered!...but quickly transferred me to a call center in another state, where a very disinterested agent blew me off and said I would receive a call from the store to let me know the status of my order. Guess, what...I never got that call. Are you surprised? Ordered from Papa John's and got pizza within 30 minutes. Now I have to dispute a credit card charge from Pizza Hut. Great customer service, Pizza Hut. Hope they pull your franchise license. I will make a complaint to BBB. This is not the first time we've had issues. I've eaten someone else's nasty meat-covered pizza before when they delivered the wrong one. Which means someone else got my cheese pizza and was pissed off too.

Pizza Hut Pizza is little different than other pizza. The pizza taste sometimes varies. I didn’t see the tastes are constant. But, you will not regret for going there. Especially, the pizza is good on this place. I didn’t order any Peperoni Pizza, meat lover or Cheese Pizza. In fact, I didn’t try anything else other than Veggie Pizza. Also, I have used this place for takeout instead of the delivery. In terms of take-out, I never waited long hours on this place. As soon as I have ordered in store it may take hardly 15 minutes to get my pizza. Usually, the pizza is hot here even if you are collecting almost 60 minutes after your order ready.
One thinks I didn’t like here as they are applying more cheese than normal which may likable for other customers. However, for me it is more cheese. Other toppings are normal.
I have tried mostly Pan Pizza and sometimes Hand tossed. Very few times, I have ordered think crest.
Regardless of your choice, you will get some hot pizza.
About the price, the price is nominal. For example, the five topping large pan pizza will cost you around 10 USD plus taxes (depending on the deals).
Little more cleanness will be good.
I have same experience like other Pizza Hut stores.

This is the worst business in Franklin. They literally are a disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand and the city. I have ordered here many times because my family loves Pizza Hut but this store is the worst. The staff and service is the worst part and second is the cold late incorrect order pizza. How can you mess orders up from when they are placed online and then call to confirm they got it? I know this is harsh but they are literally the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they would not allow that and would not provide his name. It’s probably because everyone is fed up with this location. If not for the brand of Pizza Hut this store should never get any business. I’ll do everything I can with Yum corporation to let them know what this franchise store is doing to the brand.

7:12 - ordered pizza online (confirmation email said delivery time is 7:50)
7:45 - called me to inform me they were out of Pepsi and we changed drinks and the delivery guy was heading our way per Mark "the manager”
8:20 - called to check on pizza and routed to a call center. Rep said it was dispatched and it should be there at anytime and discounted the order $5
8:45 - called back and routed again to the call center and they said the order had not been dispatched and that they would resubmit the order and it would be free.
9:20 - called the store and this time I talked to "Mark the manager" and he said the pizza would not be delivered unless we paid for the pizza
9:25 - called the call center again and they said they could not override the store for the delivery not happening and that I would have to speak to the area manager about it. She said “Mark the manager" was not the manager but the shift lead. She also insured me that I was not charged for the pizzas we never received. Well the charge is still on my card with no pizzas and nobody to help until I call the area manager.
I have not ever ordered from this location (Malory Lane) before but have have ordered delivery 4 times from the Franklin Rd location and 3 of the 4 times have been just as screwed up. I do not know if it is the same franchise owner that owns both but I will find out. Reading all the reviews for both locations, the reviews sound similar to mine and nobody cares.

I'd like to give a shout out to the manager at this location. Her name is Vanessa. 30 minutes until close and she was more than pleased to help the only driver with the incoming late orders. She was extremely nice and has won me over for the next time I order pizza. No more dominoes or papa johns. Vanessa's extraordinary polite and positive attitude made my night. I think she sets the standard for any store manager. Good job Vanessa!

I never leave reviews but I had the worst experience with this store tonight. First of all I ordered my pizza online and then it said it would not be delivered for three hours. I called to cancel and could not get through to the store but only a regional call center. I asked to cancel my order and the lady said I won’t receive a refund for 3-5 business days. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience at all and did nothing to try to make up for my bad experience. Even after I said an apology would at least be nice she told me she doesn’t make the rules. I will never attempt to order from Pizza Hut again. I ordered Papa Johns instead and my delivery time was 32 minutes.
