I ordered through the Jersey Mike's app on 6/15/22. They used a 3rd party delivery service to deliver my order. It was missing one of the subs. When I called the store they told me there was no way the sub wasn't delivered. Then when they put me on hold I could hear them talking about me in the back

Great food, nice place. However, it took over 20 minutes in line and I was fifth in line! Guess the online orders are enough to not serve those in line at the store. Disappointed.

Got a mini tuna sub, which I have had many times. I dont know if the guy put too much tuna on it, but when I unwrapped it, the tuna was coming out every side and up onto the bread and it was incredibly, disappointingly messy to eat. It really lessened my enjoymemt.
