Honestly, I love chick fil a but this was one of the dirtiest most chaotic and unorganized ones I've been to. So I never complain about chic-fil-a because they have the best customer service hands down! My experience this morning was different. The lady in the drive thru was boarder line rude....I get food and the coffee wasn't even half full I notice the cup was light but didn't really think much about it
Customer service is always good and prompt mostly. I always order from here. Although, there have been times, where it has taken too long, they usually make things right. I almost always order from the mobile app. Make sure to take advantage of the mobile apps for pints and freebies!
Chick-fil-A is always great! Fast food, friendly staff.. Online-ordering is the way to go if you want less of a wait.. I've never been here and left disappointed! Plus... They're closed on Sundays!! 🙌🏽
