Always fresh and delicious. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Hoping extended hours can be reinstated soon. We've missed our regular sub supper night but have made a few weekend lunches. Thankful to have such good food so close!

Very clean! I live here in Franklin, this is the only Subway I go to, because how clean it is. The staff members are always extremely courteous, and helpful. I believe it's the only Subway, that has a drive-thru window. I always know, my food is fresh, and tasty. Keep up the Great work!

Wasn't busy at all. Yet there wasn't enough sweet tea to fill my cup, and when I told the young man working, he just mumbled ok and continued his conversation. Well bout 20 min later after we were finished eating, there still was no tea. So I said to another employee, were yall gonna make some more

This Subway I'd the last chain restaurant for a while. They do great jobs with online and drive thru. Twelve new subs can be ordered with stock ingredients, which makes the process much smoother instead of having to choose them individually.

We used the drive thru. The staff was friendly and at first we ordered our wraps as you would in the store . Then we noticed this window box that was a live camera of them making each wrap! That was so cool!!! We saw the whole process of the wrap being made. Great place.
Very clean. The staff was very polite and patient with my young son as he fumbled through his order. Our sandwiches were made as requested. This was one of the cleanest subways I have visited. Store staff as they were cleaning asked us how we liked our food and were very friendly.
We got the subway club...it was awesome..the bread was soft and the meats were fresh tasting ...the topping were very fresh...loved it ...will definitely go again 😋😋
Excellent safety protocols. Everybody working behind the counter was wearing a mask. And Subway always makes your subs fresh you can't beat that. Also get it toasted if you like which is my favorite. Good food at a fair price.
The ingredients always taste nice and fresh and they get my order correct every time! They also have a great selection and the staff are usually pleasant and patient.
