Came in the Huddle House after the 5K Turkey Thanksgiving run had a great brunch. The staff were welcoming especially our server, Crystal! She was kind and made sure we had excellent service. Andy cooked wonderfully too. Thank you all, will be coming again when I’m ever in the area.
It was so refreshing to come in this morning because we were welcomed by a young lady with an incredibly warm and attentive attitude. It was very different than when we usually come in the Franklin huddle house. At previous visits here, the staff was not friendly and the floors were always terrible.
This is a well oiled machine. The food came out quick, piping hot, and absolutely delicious! The folks working were all killing it. Smiles and kindness and just great atmosphere. 10 out of 10 for this out of towner. Big shout out to Emily for being a great server. :)
We stopped here on our way to visit friends in N Carolina. There were several fast food choices in Franklin but we wanted something "not-a-burger." This Huddle House was a good choice. The food (BLT and Philly Cheesesteak) was hot and fresh and served with a smile. Service was a little slow at firs

Recently went to huddle House in Franklin and don't understand why it wasn't busier our server Crystal was delightful very professional and efficient our food was also great I love going to huddle House whenever I'm in an area where they have one and this one far exceeded my expectations!!
Number one spot to stop in Franklin. Andrew was second to none in service and hospitality. And the food was really good.
Edit: We visited again and it was even better. The food was great and quick, but our day was really made by our server, Crystal. She was so caring and genuine, we're so grateful
This is a small restaurant with outstanding food.
We had a shrimp dinner that was delicious, the waiter was accommodating, I'm going back Saturday for another meal fit for a queen.
Swing by and try their most outstanding menu, and you will leave with a full tummy and a smile on your face... yum, yu
Been a long time since we ate at Huddle House. Traveling back home from vacation we stopped and had the best experience. The food was amazing and the server was on top of it. Thank you Andy for being am amazing server.

Our server Emily was amazing! Each person there made sure everyone was taken care of even in the middle of a crazy rush. Been years since I’ve been to a huddle house but I would recommend the one in Franklin NC!
Food was good but a bit of bickering among employees over who gets what sections. The place was full so i don't see how it mattered. The young man washing dishes was working very hard.

I love the menu here but it's hit and miss, I've had great experiences and some not so good, usually relative to the wait staff.
Overall the staff is very friendly and I will continue to eat here. One of the few places in town open everyday for breakfast.
We stopped in after the WCU game as we were heading home, and Crystal was our server — very friendly and a good server! Food was fresh and tasty, the coffee stayed filled, and it was a very good experience!
Awesome food and I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup! The place also has clean restrooms, so that’s a huge plus! If you stop by, look for Andrew. The guy never slows down! The staff is one of the fastest I’ve ever seen at a HH.
