I love this place! I'm so thrilled that Franklin now has a shop with some of the best tea I've tasted. The rooibos holiday blend is delicious! It tastes like the fragrance of small-town Christmas shopping. It is a gorgeous orange color in the cup too and I was able to get multiple steepings from the same tea. I've been serving this tea to all my guests and even giving it as gifts. I also love the zesty lemon jasmine green tea and the blue lady black tea. There are so many options that it's hard to decide! I will definitely be a regular customer.

I had the pleasure of visiting Loose Leaf Asylum yesterday and met the owner Jonathan Sloan. He educated me on the purity of tea of which he only buys and sells the purist natural loose leaf tea in so many wonderful combinations. I never knew the difference from what we get in the store to the quality of the real deal. I had the best Iced Devi Chai tea ever in my life. Even if you aren't a tea totaler you just might become one after you have experienced the real thing. I have been having insomnia and I tried the insomnia dreamer last night and slept like a baby. Do yourself a favor and go by the Loose Leaf Asylum Tea Company on Highlands Rd. and treat yourself to a new experience.

Our family enjoyed visiting. The chai was delicious as were the scones and cookies. I have never had a more lovingly prepared tea. Thank you Jonathan

Really excited to see a shop of this nature in Franklin, my wife and I picked up a few varieties of tea and feel that they are of great quality. This will be a new local stop for us.

Oh, I am so happy you're here! Love, love the frostea (made with the gingersnap warmth chai)! I had to distract my three-year to get it back cuz he refused to share. Heartily recommend everyone go!

A Pride of Franklin, as a lot of hard work went into this establishment to make it the very best that can be offered. Enjoy everyone!

Wonderful experience with clean seating space, detailed information about products, and smooth frozen tea drinks. Quick access and parking available at this location makes this a good choice for a refreshing stop while passing through the area or as a frequent visitor using the reward card for multiple purchases during the month. The owner is able to answer questions in detail or make suggestions if you are new to tea and tisane.

Excellent place to try any kind of tea you can imagine. Very fresh too. Chai tea best anywhere and try the bubble tea. Great and unusual snacks to go with your tea. Good atmosphere. Owner is very polite, ready to please and very knowledgeable. You must stop here soon.

What a gem this place is! John, the owner, is very kind and knowledgeable in all things tea. I had an iced chai. Without question, the best chai I have ever had. I bought some delicious cookies he recommended as well that complemented the chai amazingly. Beautiful experience, awesome tea and sweets, and a 100% health score. Bravo John, you nailed it!

Encyclopedic experience. Fantastic organic sourced teas. Owner very knowledgeable, friendly, happy to share, answer questions, smell, sample. Enjoy a fresh brewed pot of tea of your choice with or without baked goods, in addition for fresh loose leaf tea to take with you.
