This place is amazing! My Daughter doesn't go a week without going to, "The Candy Store" aka "Crabtree General Store". I highly recommend this place, but only if you have kids, enjoy coffee, like to rock on a front porch, or like great customer service.

It didn't take us long to fall in love with the newest addition to downtown Franklin.
Crabtree General Store & Coffee Vault is the perfect place to indulge in some sweet treats, shop for gifts, gather with friends, or just grab a coffee to go. There is something for everyone there.The baristas are warm and attentive from the moment you walk in the door...certainly makes you want to go back. As far as drink recommendations go, get the Chai latte (with a shot of expresso)....you won't be disappointed!
This was a really cute shop! It has some cold bottled drinks, some local items, and some other items too. They have a coffee and tea bar as well! I got a sweet tea with blackberry syrup. The person working was super nice! The sweet tea was delicious, especially with the hints of the blackberry syrup flavoring. The prices were very reasonable for a local shop, as well. I am very glad that we stopped by!
You got a check out the mocha latte with real dark chocolate Syrup. Assortment of classic sodas. They have breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Classic chocolate and toys. Tables inside and out to sit down. Free Wi-Fi for customers. Make sure to stop by when you’re in town.
Spacious and clean with a friendly staff. Stopped for a cold drink. My wife and I split a creamsicle shake and a cherry lemonade iced drink. Both were refreshing and tasty but we agreed, just a bit more orange and a bit more cherry would be good but we would order again. They had quite a selection of refreshments and a large open covered porch to sit and relax. There are more than just refreshments, my wife found a tea towel she liked. Also, the restrooms were spotless. Would visit again and would recommend it if you are visiting Franklin NC.
Such a cute little coffee and ice cream shop. Store reminds me of an old fashion general store. Drive through, pastries, old fashion sodas. A great find
I thoroughly enjoyed the iced coffee. I felt like the 2 ladies working were friendly enough. They have a good selection of stuff for the whole family. If I were here longer I'd try a little bit of everything on the menu.
Best chocolate milkshake ever! You can actually taste the pieces of chocolate in the shake. Very friendly and great atmosphere!

Had a great frozen mocha here! I can be a bit picky on those so that’s saying something 😊 the barista was very helpful with drink options and handled a snotty customer behind me very professionally. The lounge looked comfy but was full so I sat at a table for a bit after browsing the shop. Enjoyable time.
Nice internet lounge and clean bathrooms. Found a cute keychain and good honey.
