If you want a local place with great food, this is it. Had breakfast before hitting the roads on my m/c every day. Homemade biscuits, great breakfast food. Very friendly, clean place. If you don’t like this place, we can’t be friends.

The atmosphere was excellent, you could tell it was a favorite hang out of the locals, everyone seemed to be having a good time. The breakfast was excellent, the hashbrowns and the bacon were crispy, just the way I like it. The sweet tea was excellent and the server kept my glass full. I had ordered the Kountry Breakfast Platter so I got pancakes as well and they were pretty good to. All in all I enjoyed myself and I would definitely recommend the Kountry Kitchen if you're passing through Franklin.

KK is another small town breakfast place where all the locals seem to go. The staff knew and had a conversation with everyone that came through the door. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. The menu definitely has something for everyone. I got the Kountry breakfast with sausage, eggs, bacon, grits and toast. My eggs were cooked perfectly, the grits were smooth, sausage had good flavor and the bacon was flat and crispy. The thing that stood out to my wife and I was the toast, the toast was thick, toasted just right and tasted so good. If you want a good breakfast for a great price and friendly staff then Kountry Kitchen is the place for you.

What a fantastic place and breakfast. Don't be put off by the hard to find parking or the one way in and one way out doors. Also, any place with fried bologna on the menu is special in my opinion. Fantastic home fries, nice fluffy pancakes, and a cup of coffee that could never get below half. This my friends is where I'm talking about when I say I want to go out for breakfast. Living 750 mi away makes it a little difficult to become a regular, but it's almost worth the drive. I will definitely be hitting this place up every time I'm back in Franklin visiting friends and family.

We stopped here for a quick bite after a hike - and we arrived around 1. We were happy that they still served breakfast! I ordered the 3 veggie plate. I have definitely had better collards, but the black eyed peas and the coke slaw were top notch and fresh! As a bonus, one of our group ordered the baloney sandwich (fried). We couldn’t resist getting pictures of that!!! Took is back to our childhood. Great spot!!! They close at 2 pm so get there earlier.

We stopped here for lunch while on our annual motorcycle trip. This is a great little restaurant and all locals must know it, because it was packed and there was a line. The servers were working as fast as they could to keep up. Service was great and the food was good down home cooking.

First visit here, wish I'd known about it sooner, this will become our local breakfast eatery for sure. Great friendly service and good food, very diner like.

Great food and friendly staff. I had a veggie omelet. Oh my goodness, the eggs were so fluffy, and it tasted like it was cooked in butter. I ate every bite. It's definitely my breakfast place from now on.

I had a great meal, service, and experience for breakfast here. Good quality food. Eggs fluffy and not dry. There are some left who can appreciate a well-cooked meal! Thank you so much! We will be back!!
