The food is great the servers are great only complaint would be they are short staffed recently and you have to wait to be seated. The food is worth the wait!
We had dinner there Saturday night and it was fantastic! Everything was fresh and in my opinion this place is the best in our area. Will definitely be eating there a lot more!
Wait staff A+, bathrooms A+ Entrees were well portioned and fresh and the spicy is spicy and good. Basil chicken noodles and pad Thai were tasty. The pad Thai was much sweeter than I’m used to but tasty. The appetizers I wouldn’t get again, they seemed frozen, greasy and over cooked. ( see pic ) overall, we will go back again.
Wooooo weeeeeee,
What a great Thai restaurant to eat at lunch today!
Nicole was our waitress and she did an excellent job ... She worked the whole floor taking orders and serving everybody. Great job Nicole, we will be back!
We had the chili jam stir-fry and the green curry with shrimp. Both of them were excellent entrees.
Be sure to stop at this time restaurant if you are in Franklin North Carolina!
Woot woot
We came here after trying to go to a different Thai restaurant in the area and having no success. We came at a good time and were able to be immediately seated. I got a wonton soup to start with, and it was really good. I have only had Chinese-style wonton soups before so I was not used to the vegetables, but I ate all of it because it was delicious. They asked us if we wanted fried noodles to have with our soup, and we said yes. I appreciated that they asked instead of potentially wasting food. I got the phad siew as my entre with chicken, and it was amazing. Next time, I will get pork. The noodles are thick and tender, and the sauce is a unique taste that I cannot quite describe. The white rice was also really good! The service was amazing and we paid cash to avoid the surcharge fee for using cards. The only complaint I would have is that we didn’t get an itemized receipt so I’m not entirely sure what my meal actually cost, but two entrees and two soups made it about $40 after taxes, which really isn’t terrible.
Early dinner on a Sunday night. Booths were filled, as was a table for 5 (the biggest table they have.) Sign at door says they do not serve parties of 6 or more. Nice atmosphere and Thai decorations. Basil spring rolls lacked flavor, with basil flavor barely detectable. Dipping sauce did little to elevate the appetizer. Shrimp Red Curry was chock FULL of shrimp and plenty of vegetables. A really nice touch was that the tails were removed. Asked for a spice level of 3/5 and it was more like 5/5. Even with the Thai Basil in the dish, it lacked the depth that curries usually have. Seemed like sauce consisted of chili's and coconut milk. Brown rice was not available. Fried rice was white rice with a little brown sauce mixed in. Maggie, our server, was pleasant and attentive.
The service was amazing Emily was so sweet and very helpful letting us know what we should order. We both loved the meals we had they had so much flavor. I had a chef special and my husband had spicy basil fried rice.
We had eaten here 2 times prior Both previous visits were excellent. This past time we arrived at 4:34, there was 1 other party seated before us. We ordered appetizers immediately. I think the waitress forgot to put our order in and used the excuse that there were a lot of Togo orders that the kitchen was working on..either way, it took 1 hour for 2 cups of soup. Which meant we didn't get our dinners until 1hr 20 min. After we arrived. The Food is excellent but why should Togo orders take president over in-house costumers? That was too long to wait to eat but we will give it another try in the future
Shrimp Curry had lots of nice shrimp with tails off. Could use more basil, garlic, and turmeric.
Brown rice not available.
Happy to see their brown sauces were gluten-free.
Thai Basil Spring Roll needed some interesting sauce; it was basically just a nice variation on salad
This is one of the best restaurants in town! Alway so good! The curry is amazing! Usually about an hour wait for take-out but well worth it!
This is truly got to be one of the best Thai restaurants in the United States. The food is always fresh and taste incredible!I have tried many different menu items and I've been impressed with each one of them. The waitresses are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. I could honestly eat here 5 days a week. This is a must try if you like Thai food!
I was concerned after reading some recent, less than flattering, reviews. However, the only negative I ran into was a busy signal when calling, but after 3 or 4 attempts it rang and was answered quickly. They indicated that they were using ”pickup time" ordering, and my pickup time was about 40 minutes from my order time. The order was probably ready a couple minutes before I arrived, and it was still piping hot.
This time I ordered the Thai Basil Chicken, and it tasted fantastic. The portion of rice was larger than I'm used to, so pleasant surprise. The sauce was very flavorful, vegetables were not overly cooked, and the chicken was very tender.
Be aware that they are still doing takeout only, but despite the menu indicating they have a 3% takeout charge it was not applied to my bill. Also, be aware that they have a 4% surcharge on credit cards.
