Very good first impression! Was recommended to go to by someone at work and wanted to give it a shot. The prices are very reasonable and the server there is very sweet and welcoming.
Tried out the teriyaki chicken with rice for the first visit, and got the Boston, Spicy Tuna, and California roll. The sauce is very succulent and the use of nori sprinkled over the rice makes it a simplistic and well-executed presentation.
The sushi’s arrangements were so pretty that I gotta take pics before my family could eat them lol.
Amazing fresh fish, Sushi, sushi bowls, Sashimi, and nigiri. Specialty rolls are top notch.

From the moment we first dined here, we fell in love. The food is absolutely delicious and has very beautiful presentation as well! The onion rings are delicious ( the onion doesn’t fall out like other places ). The jalapeño roll is my personal favorite, I order it every time. The shrimp tempura roll is amazing as well, simply delicious. We will continue being frequent customers. The service is fast and extremely friendly! 10/10 would recommend to anyone ( they have a good variety of options for anyone to enjoy)
Sushi was the best. Good service good food. Better than koi express . Will definitely go back. This is probably my favorite restaurant in the whole city
The food at Fusion is outstanding! We decided to try Fusion for Sushi three weeks ago and have picked up 3 times since. The rolls are amazing - try the New York Roll (Tuna) and Boston roll (Salmon) . The Nigiri provides generous pieces of the freshest fish. Finally, they have a nice range of selections for those who don’t want Sushi. Very nice couple manages Fusion.
We love their sushi.We have dined-in several times. My favorite is the rainbow roll. Freshness is key for sushi and Fusion's salmon and other fish is fresh to all the senses.
Forgot to take pictures. That's how great everything was. The calamari is wonderful and tender. Loved the grilled shrimp and my partner had the teriyaki chicken that is also amazing. I can't forget to mention that the Miso Soup is some of the best I've ever had. I recommend Fushion to everyone.
Casual dining with a friendly atmosphere and good food. The sushi rolls are thick and big, all the ingredients are super fresh. I recommend the sushi bowl, it is pretty big and filled to the top with lots of the protien of choice. Their soup of the day is different every day and really good too. And the miso has fresh seaweed, not dried. They just opened recently so I'd love to see them add to the menu down the road but for now it's enough to keep me trying new stuff when I go in. Also good to note that I visited with my friend's kid who has food sensativities and they were accommodating and kind with him and got him something he could eat.
I've had delivery (door dash) and dined in and the owner is amazing, incredibly friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and location/ parking awesome.
The food is fantastic, prices are great! Sushi is probably the best I have found in Frankfort and the entrees are a good portion and delicious.
After eating here multiple times over the last couple of weeks, I've tried a few different dishes and was impressed with them all! Everything I've had has been fresh and left me craving more, not to mention the staff are friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend everyone give it a shot at least once.
I had the teriyaki chicken sushi bowl and it was fantastic. Good filling bang for your buck and great flavors + textures combination. The staff were very kind too. Will be back!
This was our first time at Fusion. We had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and the food was good. The steak entree was one of the better steaks I have had in Kentucky and the California roll was excellent. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
My son and I stumbled upon here and gave it a go for lunch. Super happy we did. The Spicy Shrimp roll was amazing and my son loved the Spicy Crab! We will be back!
Had the sushi bowl. It was fresh and delicious, been wishing for something like a poke’ bowl to be available in Frankfort. Service was great. Would love if they started offering boba tea as a drink option.
I eat here weekly, my favorites are the Lexington Roll and fried jalapeño roll. Owners are very friendly and food delicious
I should be ashamed for not taking a picture of the wonderful rainbow roll I ordered. Honestly, I have zero regrets! Get in my belly😁 An absolutely beautiful roll with fresh ginger.. YUM!!!
