Dinghys is a must stop every time I'm in Frankfort! Paige was an amazing server - like could have taught a class in multi - tasking!! Sangria is dreamy, food is always on point and I spend winters thinking about the sweet potato fries! Dinghys = Summer!!
We had great service & the food is much improved. Served hot. The menu has changed since we were there last (the last time-about 2 years ago we were disappointed). It doesn’t have coconut shrimp 😥 but what they have is food. I had the Kobe steak & hubby had the tempura shrimp. Both were good. Restored my faith in Dinghys!
The service was great. I had the twice baked potato soup with corn bread was delicious. Also the smoked chicken wrap was great. The sweet potato fries was the best I ever had and the aioli for dipping ��.
My husband had the pulled pork sandwich. He loved it.
It was well worth the drive from Ludington to have lunch there.

They have the best “sandwich of your dreams” and the best sweet potatoe fries. Our waitress had the best smile and she just made us feel good.
Had the most delicious chicken salad roll up along with perfect peppery sweet potato fries and dipping sauce! Our server was awesome, the booth seats are super cushy and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. We love this place!
Cozy atmosphere, excellent pub fare, attentive and fun bartender and just plain perfect if you want to go to a place that feels like "Cheers" in beautiful northern Michigan.
The trifecta sandwich was delicious great combo of different meats and textures. Excellent service. Good beer selection on tap.
We started out with 2 Bomba's appetizers, which are the Bomb (if you like spicy 🌶)!
Then tried the BLT which was massively great; tons of bacon 🥓 and lettuce & tomato on sourdough toast. Our waitress, Lauren, was fast and friendly. Recommend!

This is hands down the best little treasure ever found!!!! We were so sad not to get to go back before our weekend ended, my only complaint is that they are not open early enough on Sunday. See Brittany if you are lucky enough to go on Friday or Saturday, she is hands down the funniest, friendliest, most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Can not praise this establishment enough. Have the sweet potato fries and be sure to get a cup of twice baked potato soup. It says with crackers or cornbread but let me tell you it should say take the bleeping cornbread, we don't believe in crackers. AMAZING!!!!!!!

Dinghy’s has great, friendly atmosphere with a neighborhood bar feel. I love the chicken cherry wrap, and my Dad and husband are big fans of Horny Monk beer! We love this place!
Went there for dinner on a Friday night. Was busy but the wait wasn't too bad. Their ribs are amazing and the cod fish fry was the best I've had (not at all greasy like everywhere else). Oh, and their cornbread is delish!
Nice little small town restaurant.
Marked down for only having diet Pepsi for diet drinks.
My French Dip was good as were the Cajun fries.
My wife really liked the BBQ chicken and her sweet potato fries.
Not only do that make great food, BOMBAS and wings are my favorite, but that have a great staff along with AMAZING Happy Hour specials for the winter time. My go to place when i don’t feel like cooking or just want to visit with others.

Always good food and in a nice location right off Frankfort beach. We had the bacon wrapped sausages to start and shared the chicken sandwich. Check it out! Their BBQ dishes are great.

Food was great. You have to try the twice baked potato soup. Very good. I also had the fried perch dinner with fries and they were both fantastic. The food came out very quickly.
Best meal I've had in a long time. I tried the cherry chicken salad wrap which was fabulous, great taste and texture. I also had the sweet potato fries and loved the way they were cut and the blue cheese dipping sauce was amazing too. Server was great, very busy place and decor was interesting to look at.
Stopped in on 8/26, Delicious food! Good drinks. Everything we ordered came out quick. Waitress was very nice and attentive. All the staff kept busy and greeted everyone! First time in Frankfort and this restaurant was amazing after a day of sightseeing and shopping.
Normally I don't like Bar/Grills but this place felt more like a nice old friend. First time I ever been there however. Food was Amazing.

The place is small n it was Packed. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. However it was So Worth it. If I lived near this place I'd go often., but I'm in Ludington. My best friend and I were on our way home from seeing the tunnel of trees n detoured a little to Frankfurt because she wanted to find the place she ate at years ago with her family, we didn't find it but found this place, soooo glad we did.
Staff that we dealt with was sooo friendly n kind. Even though they were Packed wall to wall they were still smiling and happy and so kind.
I'd recommend this place to everyone.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is great. You can tell just by pulling up that it's a local favorite just by how many cars are in front of the place. Everything on the menu sounded great, and the server was quick to make suggestions for a first-timer. The Sevice was quick, and the food was just as described. The food was stellar, and portion sizes were huge. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
Dinghy's is a necessity when we take a trip into Frankfort! Not only is their food amazing, but we have never waited more than 15 minutes to have our food brought out to us, even when they had a full house! The wait staff is incredible, always having conversations with my toddler who only babbles, yet they pretend it's the most interesting conversation in the world. Their food is always hot and incredibly tasty!
Good food. Burger was not cooked as asked, but good enough ( a bit more well done that asked for). Service was slow. Not that they were short staffed, just the server was gone. The other two servers were hovering around their tables, ours showed up to bring the food, then the check. I had to go to the bar myself to get more drinks. About a 20 minute disappearing act.
Not sure if the place is air conditioned as it was our first time there. Pretty warm inside.
Other than that, the onion thing was great. We split the burger which was good.
Great food! Neat little spot for if you like catching fish at night and having something from the tap the next afternoon. Cool atmosphere

Great place to eat. Food was pretty good. Some of the meat was dry, but the burgers were awesome. Staff was friendly and service was great. Highly recommended, and we will be back.
Great local restaurant with amazing service and good food! Erica was our server and she was the most attentive waitress we have ever had. Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. If you are visiting Frankfort, give Dinghy’s a try.

The atmosphere here is nautical themed. It doesn't smack you in the face with it, just enough to make an enjoyable feel to the place. There's not a ton of seats, just enough to be cosy.
I went a little crazy ordering, thinking I'd have leftovers. I ordered the Bacon Wrapped Sausage ($9). Then a half order of Honey Chipotle Wings ($8). Finally a half order of Ribs ($20). I started with the wings. They were excellent. Very tender and sweet and spicy. Not burning spicy, just smack you spicy. They were juicy and came right off the bone! The bacon wrapped sausage is a spicy andouille. Sadly it's just six small bites. That being said it is very good. Lol after the wings the slice in andouille was mild! The Ribs were spectacular. Fall off the bone tender and between the spices and bbq sauce on it it has amazing taste profile! It also came with coleslaw and bomba fries. The coleslaw was amazing, soooo good! The fries were good, but nothing special. I had no left overs.
The service was excellent. Very friendly. They check on you and treat you like a normal.
Overall an easy 6 star review. I mean 5, lol. Would I return? I don't know when, but heck yes I'll be back!
