Wonderful stop with amazing people! The shop itself is like stepping back in time, or off of the boat onto Mackinac Island. The smells are amazing, and sampling is available. The fudge is freshly made right in front of you. The best thing about this establishment though... it's run by folks from a time that still values customer service! Place an order by phone or online and receive your fresh, custom packed, fudge in only a day or two. Would definitely recommend!

Cute little shop with a friendly staff. As you can probably imagine, the place smells great. It is interesting seeing the staff make the fudge with in view. The also gave out samples of one of the fudges they were making. Trying it while it was greasy and warm was particularly nice. End up purchasing the birthday cake fudge. I would highly recommend this one.

I took more video than pictures 😁 The smell of chocolate is so enticing when you walk by and stand outside the window watching fudge being made. Going inside to continue watching the process of this and chocolate being melted and stirred. So fun! The prices for fudge are reasonable. The selection of available fudge is eye boggling:) I got chocolate, chocolate and peanut butter, and chocolate mint. All are beyond delicious! Be sure to stop in here. You won't be disappointed!

Fudge is very precious to me and this place showed it knows its fudge. Everyone has their recipe about proportions of sugar to chocolate to milkfat. This is where I get really picky and so I wasn't fully invested upon trying it. (Growing up on the east coast I always preferred that hint of seasalt which they did not have here)..However, my friend did truly enjoy their piece enough to buy it.

We were already aware of the quality of the fudge from Frankenmuth Fudge Kitchen, due to many trips to Frankenmuth; however, this was a different holiday with minimal shopping. I decided this would be a nice Christmas treat for the family, and felt it would be worth the splurge. Well - I was very pleasantly surprised. The order was perfect, they even offered generous holiday discounts, and the shipping was very reasonable. The fudge was delicious, fresh, and arrived in perfect condition in record time. The employees were so helpful and efficient. I can highly recommend this for a wonderful surprise for anyone you care about. All natural and fresh ingredients - not like waxy boxed chocolates. We ordered a good amount of fudge from Frankenmuth Fudge this year as gifts for a number of clients and business friends. We also ordered about 14 pounds worth as gifts and dessert for our Christmas party. Everything has been better than advertised! Taste and texture were great! The fudge was packaged well and came very fresh. The shipping was fast!! The overall experience with Frankenmuth Fudge was excellent! Will gladly recommend this to others and will be using them again!!

Ordered your fudge for the first time and it is awesome! I bought several flavors and the ones I've tried so far are soo good! I was very surprised to find the boxes of fudge stuffed with pieces of taffy also. Such a nice and unexpected treat. The taffy is really good too. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Ordered online. Came quickly. The fudge is very smooth. But, what I received was very bland, not much of a chocolate taste for chocolate fudge. The tops were dried out and the rest was so soft that it melted between my fingers. Messy and not impressed. The fudge in Gatlinburg is much better. I won't purchase it again.
