Subway

I order exclusively via the mobile app. The sandwiches are always ready on time, and the order is ALWAYS correct, no matter how many different sandwiches we order. Because of the pandemic, the store is always spotlessly clean, even though it's tiny. The employees don't have much time to chat because they are always so busy, but that's fine with me. I want to get in and get out. I've never had to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes to pick up my order, and they've NEVER screwed it up. Only a few parking spaces outside, but since no one is dining in, I've never had a problem. Plus, they are participating in the $5 footlong offer right now (you have to buy 2). GO SUBWAY!

I went there and people were working under where the food is. I think they were fixing something. So I was just like whatever and ordered my sandwich I don’t know what they were doing, but the next day I woke up with food poisoning and it was terrible. I do not go to that subway anymore because it’s very unsanitary to be working where the food is cooked and I think they should’ve waited til they where closed or closed it for the day. I recommended going to a different subway. My friends always say do you want to get subway because that subway is very close to where we all live but I tell them it’s not a good idea and tell them the story. I have also heard from different people that they saw a rat or mouse there before. So good luck for anyone else who goes there. Also I was a regular customer but one time my sister and I were going to my house on scooter from my friends house because us couldn’t get a hold of anyone to pick me up as we r going up the hill and are about to pass subway my sister falls and cuts her knee open really bad so I go into subway and to go help her clean it up in the bathroom and they can see she is bleeding and they have the audacity to say “If you aren’t going to buy anything you can’t go into the rest room” I looked at the last for a good solid minute and she didn’t break the stare then she said are you buying anything? And I just left and took my sister to Nikos pizza next store (note this was a long time ago before I got food poisoning). The people at Nikos let us use there phone and have us napkins and this other thing to help clean it up. So after all of this I just can’t go back to this subway anymore.

I love the diverse atmosphere, I feel like my completely European heritage belongs even with people of different races. I saw the former spokesperson in Supersize Me I’m pretty sure he is in jail now but ya know YEET. The people are friendly and even when I ask them to go light on the mayo they still slap it on generously. The place is pretty clean except for all the ants that come in to get footlongs for their nephews. Their hair smells horrible. I love the food it’s always fresh and sits out for hours for people to enjoy. I recommend this healthy alternative to Mc Donald’s if you’re trying to diet but are addicted to fast food. Stop by and don’t forget to say hi to my boi Jared if he gets released any time soon.

I visited the subway location on 1617 Concord St Framingham, MA 01701 and had under cooked chicken on my sandwich so i called up the store and spoke with the lady who made it and said she was the store manager after she called me a liar and said she wants me to drive all the way there to return "HER" sandwich. I was completely disgusted with how i was treated i have been eating at subways for 10 years and you have lost me as a customer. I will mention this experience to everyone that i know. I am very disappointed in subway as a whole for employing people who are not customer friendly.

Very rude heartless people, I went in today to buy lunch and realize I didn't have my wallet with me, I always go to this place to have lunch so they know me well, I asked them if i was ok to show them a picture of my debit card for them to process the transaction and they said yes so I was waiting for my mom to send me the picture so I asked if I could order while I was waiting for the picture and the owner said "no not until you pay me I want to make sure the card is good" very rude way to treat their regular customers specially someone who is pregnant, will never go back to this awful place.
