Three Gorges Chinese Food

Buyer Beware . Get the price for your food in advance . I neglected to do this . I ordered the combo chicken fingers and pork fried rice. I had them substitute chicken fried rice for the pork . When I went to there to pay my substitute cost me an extra $ 6.00 . ( The kicker is all of the fried rice is the same price . ) I asked them about the $ 6.00 charge . The person there made some excuse. I was hungry and I did not want to get into an argument so I paid and left. When I got home the cup of sweet and sour sauce was 1/2 full. I will not be back !!

Ordered through DoorDash because for some reason the prices on their website are more expensive than on DoorDash. It's cheaper to order on DoorDash for some reason. This restaurant uses their own couriers and make their own deliveries so there's no way to track your delivery via the app. First time I've seen that. Paid no mind and placed my order to be delivered to a prominent and familiar BUSINESS. You can't miss it, on a main road, and plenty dashers have easily delivered here prior. I chose this restaurant because it was listed as "under 30 mins" delivery. After 1.5 hours of waiting I decided to contact the restaurant nicely and patiently. Someone answered but we couldn't hear each other so they hung up. I called back and they answered again and again trouble hearing. I tried again and now they actively avoided calls coming from my number. Just straight up ignored the calls. Seriously? You've got my money and my food? Now I contact DoorDash. They inform me that the delivery went to the wrong place. DoorDash CLEARLY provides them with my contact information. Not one call was made to make sure it was the correct place. Furthermore this is a franchise dealership. The only one in the area! How can you miss it? DoorDash ended up refunding the whole amount. Good thing I ordered through DoorDash otherwise getting my money back would've resulted in ignored calls and perhaps worse. Yikes.

Excellent food and nice customer service. They were very friendly. The fried rice and the chicken wing made my day. The chicken wing was very chruncy and perfectly cooked. The fried rice had an excellent flavor. It had everything you could imagine. I recommended coming here, and you won't regret coming, you will fall in love with every food they have. I will surely be coming back here.

I just checked my bank account and after tipping $7 in cash, the delivery guy added a $10 tip to my receipt. Be careful people, make sure you fill in those blanks with zeros so they can't fill them in for themselves. I will never order from here again. On top of that, Food was not as good as it used to be.
