Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

We usually love Bertuccis. The last 2 times extremely disappointed. I don't know if they changed their pizza recipe because its not the same. It seems like they're stretching a small dough to make a large pizza, its so thin. Tonight's order 2 large pizzas were stone cold when we received them when we live 1 mile away, the rolls (4) were like mini rolls. For $50 we feel robbed.

Probably one of the nicest looking Bertucci's I've been to in Boston area. It is very spacious with a grand entrance. We were greeted with a host upon entering. They provide play dough for kids, which is quite interesting. They also have kids menus that have activities like coloring. They have the usually unlimited rolls and olive oil. Unfortunately, the rolls we got were not warm or hot. I enjoy them right out of the oven at the other Bertucci's I frequent. Other than that, this place is great.

Always brought the family here and service is usually super great but last night was not impressed at all sad to say the woman who served us was not very attentive at all! Food took forever to come and when my meal finally did show up (spegetti with meat sauce) it was served to me cold! They did however warm it up or give me a new one that was hot and delicious. BTW please bring back the Tuscan wings because the wings I had last night...are def not tasty at all. We still love ya and will be back but will def sit in the back where the tall gentleman waiter works.

I just had a really good experience here with my father. The food was ok, but the staff really did a good job, particularly our waiter, Scott. He was very attentive and nice to us, and my Dad's pizza was really good. My chicken piccatta was only ok, but the atmosphere is clean, and you can see the cooks working the dough behind the counter which is awesome.
