Every time I’ve gone here my order was wrong.
Charged for items I ordered but, never received.
When I called to voice a complaint to the manager he gave me an attitude and blew it off.
Worst Dunkin I’ve experienced ever.
They are nice people and fast at getting orders ready.
Would give it a five but some lady in the drive through lately never does my coupons or app rewards right! Frustrating.
I frequent this DD often and they consistently get my order correct (not true of many of the Dunk's I have frequented), they are consistently polite (who even asks you how your day is at the drive thru anymore?!), and fast. I don't even hesitate when I see a long line because they zip right through
Fun little place for a Dunkin'. Love the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin' cups they have. Friendly workers too!
Wont go to any other dunkies! Always quick, pleasant staff and accurate orders every time whether we go in the AM or PM. Great staff all around!
I hate this place so much! Every time I go here they get my order wrong and it makes me angry. I can be being for one thing and I don't get the whole thing I'm paying for. It's always something with this one. The food not cooked right, or my drink is missing something, or I missing parts of my order
Got s English muffin completely scorched! I as completely black and inedible. Don’t really know how someone could look at it and think that it would be ok to serve to a paying customer!
Manny at the front desk was very helpful and cordial, he greeted us with a friendly smile and fast service though I live in Rehoboth Massachusetts I'm pretty sure I will be coming to foxboro to this Dunkin donut establishment as I love Dunkin donuts coffee and I look forward to trying the ice cream
