This location has shut down their inside. This is inconvenient as they should allow pickups inside. I have to sit in line for a preordered drink. What's the point? Not going back here again. Who can pick out donuts without looking at them anyway?😡
Tuesday got in line at 830 am. Did not get served til 850 am. Cashier unapologetic and told me my priorities out of line when i told her i was now late for work one minute away. I come here for the coffee but maybe not any more.
Have real problems getting an order correct. This location is STILL drive up only, so shopping your options is out. Don't even waste your time! They are not busy for a reason. Gave me the wrong food then I went back through to get the right food and it wasn't even heated up. Doughnuts seem like they are a couple days old and coffee was gross! Wasted my money

The worst dunkin ever i saw. Ordered a decaf coffee and they gave a me a normal coffee which is not even hot too. When i went to let them know the girl over there was extreme rude and talking in a way that we are coming there for a replacement.
