The gentleman who helped us yesterday was awesome. I went in there with my 3 kids to pick up dinner, he was so helpful keeping my kiddos occupied while they finished the order. He had a very pleasant attitude and is top notch for your customers. He gets a 10 out of 10 from me š.
Picked up order Wednesday staff pleasant food excellant hot yummy. I received breaded mushrooms instead of the poppers I requested would be the only negative. Not a fan of mushrooms! No I did not call and complain. My life is too short! Would order from them again but double check my order.
I order what others consider to be āoddā pizzaās as I donāt eat cheese. So I get thin crust, with just sauce and spinach. Rosatiās is one of only two pizza shops who do that simple order correctly plus the Rosatiās crust is Soooooo perfectly, the way it should be; Crispy, crunchy edge. Bubbles up
I needed food for an impromptu birthday celebration and Rosati's came with it! Last minute catering was great! Ordered the ultimate party that serves 25 -30 people but it only is for about 18 to 20 people. Portions were smaller than expected
We ordered 5 large pizzas for delivery. They arrived within an hour and still warm. Service with the phone in order was awesome. I cannot speak for the in restaurant atmosphere. VERY good pizza. Enjoyed by all. Thank you!

Did not rate the atmosphere because it is a carry out facility, but this is the best Rosatis I have been to there are some that are closer to my house but the Pizza is nowhere near as good love this one
This is the best Rosati's location around the Fox Lake / Round Lake area. Their food is good, their delivery is on time or earlier than estimated and they take care of your pizza. Both the thin crust and deep dish are great.
I almost always get delivery and the website has decent coupons and specia
As always excellent quality ingredients and taste. We always order the deep dish and the crust is perfect and the toppings taste fresh. If you like deep dish this is as good as any Iāve had in Chicago.

Called to place an order they didnāt except coupons like the website stated and offered. They under cooked my 18 in pizza and over cooked my 12 inch cheese. Very disappointed with this location. Iāve ordered from other locations and had a great experience.
