Our first time3/21. I found this place on yelp. Great reviews. Yelp didn’t disappoint. We were the first customers at 11:30am..Nice little place. Waitress welcomed us with a smile. She was friendly n very attentive. The sushi chefs did an awesome job n pretty cool guys!! We Ordered hot tea, cold tea,kiss me roll, spicy tuna roll, crazy salmon roll , sashimi salad n salmon on top of sushi rice! They were all tasty,Fresh n delicious in their own unique ways.. we really enjoyed this place. We both decided to make this place our sushi dojo!! We will definitely return ASAP! If I was rich. I’d be eating a lot more!! Great job Satoshi!!!!!
This is my second time here and I just love this sushi place. The food is excellent as usual, people are friendly. If you're looking for rolls that are different than the usual sushi restaurants, this is the place to go. Sushi with a twist. Their rolls are delicious and flavorful. Seafood is as fresh as it can ever be. If you live in Huntington Beach and you're looking for a quiet place w excellent food try this place. You won't regret it. Thanks Amp for your hospitality. Always a plus in every restaurant.
This is my go-to for takeout sushi, so I decided to dine in this time. The whole experience was incredible. The food was outstanding and the service was great! Try the Triple Tuna roll!!
I love satoshi sushi. Have I ever been inside? No. Have I ever spoken to an employee? Also no. But every time I get it delivered it’s marvelous. The quality, the craftsmanship, the presentation, the price?!? I’ve had a lot of sushi around HB and I would put this up against any of it. Whoever runs this place should be proud.
Wow! HUGE menu with anything you could ever want! So many varieties, all beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious! Our table ordered many of the rolls and appetizers and we weren't disappointed in a single one!! If you aren't sure about sushi, or if you want to introduce someone to have an EXCELLENT first experience, this is the place for you!! I can't wait to go back!
First off, if you are in Orange County and eating sushi anywhere other than Satoshi Sushi… you are eating at the wrong place! Really though, their quality and taste are 10/10. The restaurant is very nice and clean. To top it all off, the entire team/staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My wife and I highly recommend Satoshi Sushi!
The sushi here is actually really delicious. We got three rolls, and they're all on point! The quality of the fish is superb, the premium rolls we got were about $15 a pop but so worth. Their menu is extensive and lots of good appetizers. The only minor inconvenience was that the wait was pretty long on a Sunday night (about 40 minutes). Service seems to lag but idk if its because of a workers shortage.
party of 3 went to dinner. kinda busy (which is a good sign, ya) we sat outside. a table right by front door. it was cool. had delicious meals. Huntington Beach sushi 👍!

This has been my neighborhood go to since I moved to HB. They had been pretty consistent, but tonight was quite different.
The albacore was inedible, having what I can only describe as an abundance of silverskin like tendon all throughout. Some of the salmon has some odd black stuff on it. The piece of avocado in my handroll was brown and black and quite dry. Had to pull it out and toss it. And the scallop was pretty dang small.
This was a pretty poor showing for AYCE, much less a place costing me over $100. Time to find a new go to.
Update
The restaurant has reached out to me directly to make things right. It is rare indeed to find this level of service and commitment to the customer in this day and age. I will be giving them another shot and feel confident that this was an exception and not the standard.
When I have a craving for sea urchins, this sushi restaurant is the first that comes to mind. Their sea urchin is always fresh and buttery. It's fantastic.
I've tried most of their sushi rolls, and they're pretty good.
This is a small hole in the wall and it's great. Very small place, so you may need to wait for a seat. Take out is crazy busy. Sushi is excellent.
The service here is above and beyond amazing.. Friendly, welcoming and on point. And the rolls are delicious! Fresh and flavorful! Great new spot!!
