Went to the fountain hills with my friends and we happened to stop by this place to try their dishes. And to our surprise they had great food with amazing hospitality. Enjoyed their chicken specialities with the caesar salad n not to forget their desserts. Loved the time spent at this place and an amazing view of the lovely fountain makes this place more special!!
Great Energy. I have been coming to the Fireside Grill for two years in a row because of the great level of service provided to us by Abraham, Manager of the Grill. Good food all of the time, great servers with a smile and great sense of humor and energy resonating throughout the entire place. Love to come to Fireside.
Service of a true upscale hotel.. We ate here on Friday with a group of friends. There were ten of us, and let me tell you...you guys provide a service of a true upscale hotel. The music, the food, the service, the lingo and the panache was of a Ritz Carlton hotel, only with better prices. We are definitely coming back, now that you've got the jazz band. Great job!
GREAT. My family eats here at least 3x month. The food is always very good. I love the lemon chicken. Always moist! The manager treats us like family. We've owned quite a few restauraunts in the past and know a good thing when we see it.
All outdoor heaters broken, so if it's not sunny, warm & mild forget about sitting outside for the view. Pricey for even frozen type/tastung appetizers. Had to be exposed a wait staff member & anothers(boss?) loud, finger pointing, rather demeaning 'your fault, not mine..no yours" argument. Very uncomfortable situation, in everyway. The pasta is amazing! We also got the quesadilla for an appetizer! The food was super good and the service was outstanding! My drink was never empty!

Great service and wonderful atmosphere! We had an issue with our food and the waitress took care of it. She was great and even when she was extremely busy she still came and checked on us. Great live music last night. My wife and I really enjoyed it! You guys made it a great date night and first time experience at the restaurant. Will definitely be back
I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce with the fried mozarella was homemade, and the steak was absolutely delicious. Service was very courteous, I felt the servers took very good care of me. Waiting time was very reasonable. It was a very pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back with my wife.

My husband's burger was very good. My son had chicken fingers. They were amazing and very big. My daughter had vegi burger,she didn't care for it to much. I had salmon salad. The salad was great but you could tell salmon was frozen not fresh. I hope they get a turkey burger then I'd return for sure. I don't like vegi burgers. The fries and onion rings were the bomb! I'm glad there getting better. I'd love to return. The service was great as well.
We had breakfast there every morning we were in the hotel. Very good service and food was very good. Limited menu for breakfast. But they were very helpful anytime we went in there for to-go cups of coffee or anything like that. You get a 20% discount if you are staying in the hotel for one menu item on the bill.
I thought this place was open till 10pm everyday. So i went there around 8:45pm on thutsday night, turns out they close at 9pm. Even though they closed in 15mins, they did not rush me. The food was great! My burger was cooked perfect(i am really picky and like medium rare). I asked for fries extra crispy, and the cook actually made an order just for me, that were perfect even though they were about to close. I am really picky and don't write reviews hardly ever, but the cook did such a good job, and the waitersses were so nice i just had to let them know what a great job they did, fantastic food and people!!!
Menu is a little different and the salmon salad I had was tasty. Unfortunately they kept a couple of the worst servers while the good ones left when the place changed ownership. Hopefully some of the new servers will make up for losing the good ones.
