Starbucks

I got a coffee yesterday around 3:30 PM and by 4:00 I start feeling sick, couldn’t sleep all night with horrible gases and colic plus after a couple of hours got the runs, I asked for the Oat milk brown sugar latte and the lady made it with regular milk, I didn’t notice at the beginning because she made a very strong drink with lots of cinnamon. I’m saving half of that coffee in case I need to start a lawsuit for food poisoning.

This is the first time I am writing a bad review about Starbucks. This place closes at 10pm but I got here at 9pm and the barista denied me a frappuccino simply because she didn't have any blenders available as she was cleaning up already. I may sound like totally irate right now but every Starbucks i've been to always, ALWAYS, makes whatever drink, even if they are 5 minutes before closing. If you say you close at 10, close at 10pm and don't deny customers what you're selling just because you already cleaned up. I work in the service industry. I know how it sucks to have a customer at closing time, but I won't refuse to serve them since the store is technically OPEN. To top that, I wouldnt have been pissed off if she was at least nice about it, but she wasnt. She had an attitude, never even offered any other option, she didn't get to us right away, letting us wait for her while she was cleaning up and getting ready to close. Who does that? Clean up an hour early, gets back to customers, ask them "what can I get u?" and simply say "I dont have that. I don't have blenders right now."??? Really?

I came to these Starbucks literally the closed right when i was 2 steps away at 9:57pm closing time on google page for these Starbucks os at 10pm i hope they fix this and change closing time at 9:55pm that way another customer like me last minute for Starbucks don't have the same bad experience. I wont recommend or be a customer here
