Even though it was cold outside, the employees out side were well protected and had heat. Even the managers were outside at the window leading by example (great leadership i the example being set). Although one guy did not seem to be In a good mood having to fix my order and charged me more but hopefully he showed the you lady how to do it correctly for the next time it happens. All in all I enjoyed my visit.

Huge Waste of $$! Absolutely Horrible Food!!! Fries are inedible; so soggy they bend in half! The chicken strips and chicken nuggets are both really hard. It seems like they were old and dropped back in the fryer when we placed our order; they most definitely were not fresh! Literally, one of the worst and most disappointing dining experiences!!!

Our FAVORITE place only wish the lines weren't so long every time but that shows just how popular they are! If you've never had their Mac n cheese you are missing out! 😋 it's the BEST I've ever had (sorry Grandma) 👍😊❤

Their macaroni and cheese is to die for but so expensive. I got 2 large and they were over $15! Service was quick and speedy considering they were almost backed into the road. Regardless I love their macaroni and cheese. I at least got a couple of pounds in my husband who is terminally ill with stage 4 metastatic RCC. Thank you for helping me with that. Unfortunately we went to oncology and he lost 2 more pounds.

My 15 year old daughter says, Chick-fil-A is chicken from Heaven! It is good, but I think that the portions are a little on the small side and the price a little on the heavy side. After all of the hype, I wasn't impressed and I have no plans on a return visit. Lots of people must disagree though as the double drive thru stays full all day long, yet is still the line moves faster than other restaurants.

I only like the breakfast but I only go inside because Tim who works the drive thru has been creepy to me every time I have ever been there and hit on me every single time. This has been going on for at least a year even though I ignore him. The breakfast is good but 3 stars because Tim is such a creep

Had a large order to feed my shop. The staff was timely and courteous. The food was fresh and still hot when I made it back to work. Amazing job Fort Wright. KY
