Review Luigi's Italian Restaurant - Fort Worth

The flavor for the wings was great! BUT the wings were so fatty I had to remove so much of it. The mozzarella sticks were typical .. so ok. The pizza LAWD the pizza was HORRIBLE I purchased the Super Duper pie and it was a super duper DISAPPOINTMENT it was burnt, the "vegetables" were scant and the pie was dry. Oh and this was the 1st and only slice.

I order an eggplant Parmigian hero today. To my disappointment when I arrived home ready to eat, I opened the bag and there was no hero. I got spaghetti with burned cheese and the eggplant was paper thin. The cheese was hard like cardboard. I tried to eat it but I couldn't, it went to the garbage. 😤

First time to try Luigis tonight. We ordered the pasta sampler and a pizza along with some extra rolls. We ordered by Uber Eats. Enjoyed our dinner very much, especially the pasta. Been in the restaurant business for 30 years and you can tell when someone cares about their product. Great sauce! And the cheese slightly toasted on top....thats the good stuff 👍🏼

I give this place 5 stars because I really enjoy their red sauce they use and I also enjoy their creaminess in their chicken Alfredo. It is authentic Italian, which is so rare. The food they serve keeps me coming back because I literally crave it. I do also want to say that a little goes a long way sometimes and I think that this company could be really successful with just a little more care on the customer service side of things. I have seen improvements in food and appearance inside the last couple of months and will continue coming back. I wish the best for Luigis and am glad they are still around for our neighborhood despite the hardships of Covid on local, family owned businesses.

I placed an online delivery order, with an ETA of 60 minutes. I choose contactless (it says they will knock 3 times to let you know). After waiting an hour and 20 minutes, I called to inquire. I was told it was delivered which I explained I had not received anything. I heard the girl speaking with the driver, I then received a photo of my order at the wrong doorstep. They then told me to just go to that address and get my order; I was shocked by this and refused as I do not know what could be happening to my food. Then I heard them ask the driver to comeback and get the food from the wrong address and bring it to me. I was again shocked by this behavior and expressed my concern for what could be happening to my food. I was told that I choose contactless delivery implying it was my fault they delivered to the wrong address, which I explained that it states they are to knock 3 times and if the number address didn’t match why didn’t they call me vs just guessing. Finally, I was told that they would have to remake my food. That seemed like the first solution that should have been offered vs what had happened. I expressed how I did not trust their process and I just wanted my money back. I was told that the owner would do it just this one time. However when I ask about confirmation on return was told, I won’t receive any confirmation and will just need to wait 3-5 business days to see if it posts to my account. Needless to say I do not trust them, I do not feel they put customers as a priority, and I do not trust their business practices (how is the food treated/ handled in the back of house/ kitchen).

Excellent food! Excellent service! Excellent atmosphere! Great family owned restaraunt that serves the community very well. Went there for th he first time tonight and we loved it.

Ordered a Stromboli and meatball sub from here when I got my order home both the Stromboli and the meatball sub were burnt. When I brought it back for a refund the girl up front had a piss poor attitude and told me that they'll file a refund with slice but thats only if they decide to give me a refund. Then proceeded to tell me that the Stromboli wasn't burned that they always look like that that their ovens cause that. Then me and my wife and daughter and nephew decided to play pool and when i had asked for change she would only give me 3 dollars in quaters and when i asked if the change machine worked she told me if I wanted any change to go to the car wash next door. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN WHICH IS SAD SINCE THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TRYING THEIR RESTAURANT!!!

I went based on a co-workers recommendation. Great service. Ordered takeout. It came out when I arrived. Hot and fresh. Ordered a Stromboli, it was delicious. I will be back for another! Thanks
