I decided to order a large supreme since I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long while. The pizza was well done, visually appealing and taste was great! The staff was busy on a Friday evening and I wasn’t looking for any special attention. But the main reason I came here was for pizza and that was great.
i was so impressed by how clean and well-organized this store is! we were helped by an older gentlemen who was so kind and provided some of the best customer service skills i've seen since moving out to dfw! definitely coming back! 10/10!!
The pizza wasn't perfect and when I pointed out what was wrong I didn't like the option given. I basically asked for extra sauce on the pizza, instead I got a very tiny container of sauce to go. Like for the whole pizza? It was extra dry which is why I ask in the first place.
In the past, Pizza Hut has been slacking. However, they made up for it this go round. I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh the pizzas were. The pizzas had a nice flavor, the right amount of cheesiness and was very tasty. They were delivered in a timely manor and the delivery driver was friendly.
This location is very busy, but that's a good thing satisfied customers 😊🍕My order is always fresh, cooked to perfection and ready in a timely manner.
You can definitely tell there has been a change in staff at this location. My order was ready at the time provided online. The staff gets me as soon as I walked in the door. The best thing is that the order was correct and fresh.
Spoke to a live person at the local store! Woohoo! Pizza is always crafted wonderfully and tastes amazing.
By far the best pizza I've ever had from a pizza hut. Definitely will be ordering again!
The delivery time was perfect the pizza was great, the only issue I have is that two slices of pizza in the dinner box had very little meat and cheese. Everything else was fine pizza still hot.
The people at this store are nice and polite. Going out of their way to satisfy customers.
