Pizza Hut

Acouple of months back I ordered from this Pizza Hut location. Due to an issue that I had with door dash NOT Pizza Hut. They still went ahead and made the situation right for me! Devin Helped me out 100%. Next time I ordered from them my pizza came out PERFECT! I’m all about customer service, and I’ll tell you what this location knows how to take care of their customers! THANK YOU!

The pizza has been really good at this location lately and employees have been nice. The store used to make bad pizzas and staff was unfriendly (and dirty) so we stopped ordering from there for over a year. We recently tried them again and things have been much better the last several orders. Guessing there was a management change - been very happy with them lately, hope they keep up the good work.

Update: when my husband went to pick up the missing pizza, they gave him a $30 credit. It is nice to see that they are trying to make things right. So, I am changing my 3 star review into a 4 star review. This place is so hit or miss! Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas and only received 3. We paid for Ranch dressing and did not get any. The delivery driver blamed the store and the store blamed the driver. My husband had to go get the 4th pizza because they certainly weren't going to bring it to us and acted like they were only interested in offering us a refund. Why is it that when fast food places make a mistake its always that we're shorted items? Who is getting that extra food? I have never had a place make the mistake of giving us too much food haha. I like Pizza Hut Pizza, most of the time but the service at this particular location can be pretty bad.
