Review Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

Just like the Popeyes next door, trashy and gross. Stay away from this one and go to the one on Blue Mound. Western Center is full of fast food places with employees that were hired to fill a spot. That whole area is trash.

The 1.5 rating on yelp is correct. 1st, they didn’t know what I ordered, even though I used the app. Second, the food was cold, even though I had to wait. I threw it out because it was making me sicker with every bite. Had to get some chocolate to self-medicate. The management at this location needs to do better. Unacceptable. I should get a refund.

Absolutely horrendous. I just ordered 2 fries with no salt, and they gave me 1 fry with EXTRA salt. I also ordered a burger with mayo on it, and they only put mayo on the OUTSIDE of my burger!!! Last time I ordered medium fries, it wasn't even halfway full. Do better.

Zero stars . Originally ordered a delivery thru uber eats driver was really sweet but turns out the store had given me a doordash order so i called uber to get a refund . And then tried to call the store but no one would answer until i finally got someone on the phone asked if my order was still sitting there hangs up . I call again no answer once again . Then finally answer again and then once again they hang up on me . So instead I decided to drive up there at almost 2 am and told them I was picking up a uber eats order then they asked for the code . Then I told them that this was originally a delivery but they gave my driver a doordash order and they still weren't listening and once again asking for a code and I told them I was picking up my own order . Showed the receipt and the bag of the doordash order . And yet again avoiding the fact that they gave me a DOORDASH order !! . Name was Claudia claims to be a manager acting like she was either high as a kite or falling asleep not even paying attention to the real issue. Oh and on the phone she had the audacity to tell me . " it's not my problem call uber then hung up . She doesn't deserve a job in customer service period . Calling corporate to make sure they take care of this . Absolutely ridiculous. How hard is it too just give me my order . Spent 20 mins arguing with her in the drive thru .

This McDonald's is a good location to eat at. The dining room is open so you can go inside and eat if you need to go inside. The one located at Western Center in front of Albertsons their lobby is closed.

This location hasn't let me down yet. Food is always hot and fresh or at least during lunch time.

Seems like they use the system is down as an excuse. Been there around the same time without any issues. Would be willing to pay cash but not here I guess.

Update (23 June) Gave them 6 months to get their act together... They still McBlow. Update (23 Jan 22): Dropped two stars. Drive thru has gotten slower and they consistently mess up orders. Their early AM staff is the absolute worst. Management should really look at this crew and assign some remedial training. People are friendly....and slow.

Poorly made food after sitting in line for 10 min for a single snack wrap....half a piece of chicken with some kind of bbq soup with lettuce thrown with the chicken that took up a quarter of the tortilla. Definitely not expecting a 5 star meal ordering a snack wrap but it shows when someone doesn't give a damn. And these people expect 15 an hour. 1 star.

Terrible service. The troll dressed as the night manager was rude as hell. The mobile app is “always down” and they’re the only location I’ve ever been to that accepts only cash after 11pm or so for “system resetting”. Total scammers. When something is wrong on McDonald’s part, they blame the customer. Pathetic.

Although I end up here sometimes bc of convenience, I'll go out of my way to avoid this location. Staff is usually rude including managers. Almost always a simple drink order is messed up, I'm charged for salad dressing when the conveniently forget it with my salad, and I receive completely wrong orders and told that's what I ordered... Maybe I'm just petty. �

Not open 24/7 like you say went for lunch break and had to go somewhere else.
