Lisa's Fried Chicken

The gizzards, livers, & chicken tenders were seasoned and fried perfectly with just the right amount of crunch!!! The fries were crunchy with just the right amount of salt. The okra was seasoned perfectly and I could eat it all day every day. The price was perfect especially if you're a balla on a budget!!! The chicken tenders even tasted good the next day heated up in the air fryer. I don't like gravy and I was watching my carbs so I can't comment on the gravy or roll.

The "BEST" food in Fort Worth. The chicken is better the Chicken Express and the sides are the bomb. Also they have catfish that is always wonderful and burrito that are just priced right but are the best even the next day. But most of all the fries are the "BOMB" . You don't just good food but if you are broke and have only 5 dollars left you can get food and a drink there and be totally satisfied. The best locations are the 28th street both of them and the little one off of Beach in Hurst. Try them for a quick dinner or family dinner. You will always be happy while you enjoy it , we have for 24 years.

Order was filled quickly. Food was fresh. Hot. Good portions for price. Instant mashed potatoes. Package style white gravy. Ordered the 5 piece tender meal with corn on the cob. The corn was tender. Definitely pick up salt and pepper. The tenders were well made. Nice crunch. Tender and nice portion sizes. Bread roll was soft, fresh and slightly warm. All in all would return. Strange little shop. Looks like a seedy liquor store with a chicken store inside. Ample amount of chicken made for lunch rush as we were at the beginning of it. Looked great. All cooked to the same level of goldenness. May be a local "franchise or chain". Many locations on the map. Will have to look at photos of other locations. If you like chicken, it's tasty.
