I’ve never had bad service not one time. I’ve never really had to wait for an extended time either when it’s busy. Great customer service. Food is always fresh and service is fast.

Best McDonald’s I’ve had in years! The location itself is my biggest complaint. It’s wedged between a gas station and main rd, right across from an extremely busy intersection. The food was so tasty and fresh. Due to how busy it is, I don’t think there’s time to do anything but serve everything the second it’s made. Their fries taste like the original McDonald’s delicious fries that we all fell in love with. Even the Hi-C orange is up to the standard that it should be, unheard of! Ended up eating here 2 days in a row, it was that good!

Very fast service even though it was toward the end of peak hours. Food was hot and service was friendly! They were out of medium and large cups, but they told me that before I ordered so communication was good for me.

I had a wonderful experience at this at McDonald's there's a manager her name is Abby she has great customer service skills and always does her best to help out her team and customers really good person and did everything she could to make my experience better I want to tip my hat to her and her whole crew You guys are doing a great job when you go there tell them Miami sent you.

this McDonald’s is outstanding!! tho.. the grimace shake.. 😥 was disappointing!! It tasted like yogurt!! Just really liquid!! Do better McDonald’s!! 😡 but other than that, the food is yummerz!! 😋

Great food. They allow kids to play on the only 2 kiosks in the place and refuse to make them stop even with a line starting to backup out of the door. They were not even ordering. They were also being rude at ppl.

Almost 3 times of the month I come here and bring my brothers to get food and always take for ever and never have anything ready always tells us to park on the side witch is really annoying made us wait almost 15 to 20 minutes for 3 burgers and fries. But they have the most amazing staff with great energy but as a chef I feel like they slack around too much at night js

When you go to McDonald's and ask for sauce for the nuggets or chicken strips and then the employee giving you a hard time is stupid then when driving away hearing a sarcastic loud voice saying Thank you have a good day!!! I guess it hurt the employee giving me 2 sauces and ketchup -This morons really think I order chicken and fries and expect not to get ketchup or sauces with it?!? Please grow up McDonald's and employees !!!
