Went thru drive thru and had to wait on a cookie tote(dozen cookies).
Efrian double checked my order, bought me fresh fries for the wait and make sure sauce was correct for nuggets. He didn't have to but he did, and it made my day!! And order was correct all the way!!

The a/c doesn't seem to work well, you can't refill your own drink, and none of the tables were wiped down but no one was there eating inside except for me. The workers were good but the manager seemed meh l, which, given the state of the restaurant didn't surprise me. I did not go during rush, it was only around 3pm, and they didn't even have cars in the drive-though.

I have to restrict my sodium and they are so kind not to put the salt on the meat and then I can have no mustard or ketchup on it I have to eat it dry with lettuce and tomato and they fixed it awesome always have like McDonald's

Normally this drive through is fast, efficient and accurate. But this time, they gave me the wrong order even though I confirmed at the pickup window what my order was. It looked like several other cars were returning their orders as well. So I'd just say be sure to look through your sack before you drive off. It's a delay and a hassle if you have to loop back.

We had an issue with our order do to a mistake that we made. The manager was so friendly and helpful getting it resolved. It was nice to get that level of customer service. It's not common these days.

Ro and Kiki went out of their way to help me. They were super sweet and had great attitudes! Will definitely go out of my way to come to this McDonald's. The iced coffee wasn't great but I think that was my fault for having them add too much sweetner.
